Corey Fisher Construction

A couple of weeks ago I started looking for a contractor or carpenter to expand a closet. The first two I called declined the job or didn’t understand the job. Then I called Corey Fisher. He immediately understood the project and saw how it had to be done. Over the next 3 days, he did the framing and structural work, painted, tiled the floor and even included new baseboards.
Through it all Corey communicated clearly, paid attention to the things that were important to me, paid attention to details I did not think of, cleaned up the job site at the end of each day, and was mindful of noise possibly bothering the neighbors.
Just so you understand, I live in a very small condominium. Space is at a premium. Most contractors don’t get the problems that come with small space living. Corey does. He gets it. He understands design challenges that come with living in a small space and he has creative solutions for those challenges. He can design for space recovery and is resourceful about maximizing space.
Corey is also a nice contractor to work with. He made recommendations based on his professional experience, stuck to his bid, and coordinated his work hours with me.
The finished closet looks really nice. Thanks to Corey’s clever design, I now have 50 square feet additional storage space in my condo. Yay!

I’m actually surprised there aren’t more reviews about CF Construction. You people are missing out! Corey came by and gave me a quote for replacing a rotted out staircase railing.
He was out the next day and finished the project in a couple of hours. The work is clean & solid and they did not leave a huge mess. I couldn’t be happier. If you need someone to do exactly what they say they will and back it up with their work, give Corey’s crew a call.

Corey Fisher is hands down the best contractor we’ve ever worked with. The house we recently purchased had a very quirky, unfinished basement that needed a lot of work to make it liveable. Corey met with us, listened to what we wanted, and then made it happen, all on a very reasonable budget. Along with some custom work, Corey and his team installed flooring & tile, added trim & hardware, and completed all unfinished walls and ceilings. The quality of work was outstanding, and it was all done over the course of a few weeks – he was great about giving us updates and letting us know when to expect his crew to be there. We’re so happy with the results, and plan to use him for all future projects!

It’s hard to overstate how positive our experience was, having Corey Fisher work on our home. One way I can say it is that in our 14 years of owning a home, this was our most positive experience hiring someone to do work on it.
Corey remodeled our kitchen and did several other projects inside and out. He consistently did excellent work and went out of his way to make sure we were delighted with it. Corey has a great blend of more well honed skills than you usually find in one person. He’s a great craftsman and has a good eye for design. He’s creative and fun, but is also well organized and realistic. Perhaps most important in a contractor, Corey does what he says he’s going to do. His integrity shows in everything he does. One intangible that may not be important to everyone, was that we just enjoyed his company. Can you imagine being sorry to have a contractor finish a project and leave? Well we were. We referred Corey to several of our neighbors and have only heard glowing reports, so we can confidently recommend him to you.
