Bravo Spa and Salon

So I’ve been going to Bravo for YEARS, ever since Shannon left Chameleon I had to follow her because no one gets my cuts like she does (I’ve gone to her for 12 years now and NEVER cheated). While I’ve been faithful to my stylist I’ve cheated on colorist time and time again. Until I fell in bed with Mia. Mia is honest, thoughtful, considerate and we all know that’s a recipe for a long term relationship. I’ve never been satisfied with my color and for the first time I’m overly satisfied, pinching myself — is this real?!
Between my cut and color I’m the happiest I’ve been in both of my relationships.
Going to this salon is like coming home to family, everyone knows and remembers you and the clientele is just as engaging. I really could not recommend Bravo more!

Have been seeing Monique and Rene for years! They are so genuine, patient and most of all, super crazy talented!!! Besides offering the latest styles and lots of «hair tutorials» and «how-to’s» they really make your experience nothing short of a first class! I’m so thankful for this gem, Monique’s attention to detail and her team really makes this place outstanding.

I came here for my roots and a color refresh of my red hair. We confirmed several times I wanted the same red, just a little more vibrant. What I got was a muddy reddish brown, all while being annoyed by loud kids running around bumping into things.
The stylist decided to bleach my roots near white and then apply the color, which obviously resulted in a color mismatch. My roots were pink and the rest of my hair red. In an attempt to fix it, she «glossed» my hair, which ended up tinting all of it to a reddish brown — NOT the vibrant red I came in with.
I would have asked for them to fix it but I didn’t want them to touch my hair any more. My roots are now several levels lighter and the only way to fix it would be to bleach the rest of my hair or find a darker shade of red and apply it to only the lighter portion of my hair until it all grows out. Thanks for the next few years of permanently ruined hair.
I don’t know about more natural colors, but if you have or want more vibrant «punky» colors, don’t go here.
