Basement flooded with feces due to a broken sewer line. However, that wasn’t realized until the third plumbing company arrived. First technician from Around the Clock showed up 12+ hours after we called and immediately said he couldn’t do the job, he didn’t have the correct snake. Instead of emptying the toilet and shower basin of backed up sewage first, he pulled the toilet which dumped all the sewage from the toilet and basin on the floor and left. Our new sink and wood vanity was now sitting in sewage.
We had to hire someone to clean the bathroom because no one showed for another hour. His backup arrived and couldn’t diagnose the issue and even commented that the previous tech should have drained the toilet first. We wouldn’t allow him to camera it because he even said you couldn’t see anything due to the sewage.
When another plumbing company arrived, they noted that they went about the job incorrectly from the start. They used too large of a snake to begin with and pulling the toilet made matters worse. So, be warned. I was still required to pay a $ 75 service fee for them showing up, not fixing anything, and only making things worse.

We noticed an issue with our bathtub overflowing in a part in our garage. They came out the next day to assess the damage and scheduled the work later that day. They were out the day they promised and it was fixed later the same day, within the budget quoted.
What I was most impressed with was later that day, if by their fault or not, we had no hot water. They tried to talk us through fixing the problem but were unable resolve it over the phone. They sent someone out, as the blizzard was starting to get pretty bad, so we wouldn’t be stuck (with 2 small children) without hot water in the snow storm. I found the customer service great and have so far had no issue with the plumbing. I will use them again!
