DONOT be misled by this group. AAA Kitchens and Floors or One Stop Home Remodeling… or, what ever name they are now going by. They have NO clue how to do quality work. Everything will look good from a distance, BUT upon close inspection you will see that EVERYTHING is done half assed. We had multiple areas of our home worked on… Bathrooms, Floors, Electrical, ETC… and have problems with most of it. We were naïve when we believed everything that was said to us and never having done any renovations before, we were the perfect suckers. Ask to see their contractor license and insurance info, Ask to see licenses for their workers that they send to your home. You will not get this info. Ask for a complete itemized list of EVERYTHING they are planning on doing… Ask for a contract that lists every piece of hardware needed for your renovations… ask and have written into a contract EVERY detail of the work they plan on doing… The reason that they are less expensive than everyone else, is that they aren’t licensed contractors and the staff they use are just handymen and the quality of materials are sub par. The old saying, you get what you pay for is SOO true… So fast forward, 2 years after our kitchen floor was laid down, we noticed grout crumbling in various places around the kitchen. We tried re-grouting, but that only lasted a week. So we called in a professional tile and grout company… they were completely horrified after looking over the floor. where should I begin?.. AAA used the cheapest glue possible, they did not put glue on each tile, we know this now based on how easy each tile came up. The entire floor came up without breaking one tile. This NEVER happens, if tile is adhered properly, it will break when trying to remove it. AAA did no prep work on the floor before laying the tile. Absolutely ridiculous If your grout is breaking up, google«repairing broken kitchen grout», you will see that the issues are from the floor beneath the tile… going cheap and not prepping the floor first will cause tile problems. Another note, large tile needs to be spaced properly, over 1/8″, the seams should be the same width throughout the whole floor… this was done incorrectly by AAA right from the beginning. So next, my professional tile company that we’ve hired has checked out the bathrooms… where we’ve discovered more issues… improperly sealed tiles and the wrong type of tile laid on the floor… we know this because of cracks with the tile… which should not happen within 2 years… So all of this is now costing us several thousand dollars to repair. So the bottom line is this, don’t get screwed be SMART!

I just bought a house everything was beautiful except for the backyard. It was boring and dead. I wanted to put a patio cover and a concrete slab and I saw an advertisement in the LA times about alumna wood patio covers. I met with Toby at my house and I was surprised to see it was as affordable as wood, but with also a lifetime warranty thanks to tony. I recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I needed my kitchen remodeled and shopped all over. I went to Home Depot, Lowes, reached out to many contractors and realized I couldn’t afford what I wanted done. I was leaving work and saw some advertisement for 1 Stop Home Remodel. I checked out their website and liked what I saw. I went down to their showroom in Pasadena. I was very impressed by their showroom. Everything was beautiful. My wife loved it all, but I was worried about the price. Immediately a Sales Rep named Tony reached out to me. He was the best. He wasn’t pushy and was very knowledgeable. Tony had some recommendations that I had not even thought. Today I sit and write this review enjoying my new kitchen. The pricing was amazing. I cant believe how good I was treated and how fast the work was completed. From salesman Tony to all his workers who made my dream a reality, the entire experience was painless and very affordable. All of my friends and family will be referred for sure. Thanks Tony, you’re the best
