Not very impressed with this location. The people are rude and give very slow bad service! If they got my order right and were friendly I wouldn’t mind the ten minute wait when the place was literally empty. Not going back to this one anytime soon!

Ok when they say the price difference is only a few cents and i see the receipt that it’s a couple of dollars, I know I’m getting ripped off. They have terrible service here and dont give a crap about quality. AVOID this place at all costs

I came here today, and ordered coffee and munchkins. I then asked for a cup of water. The cashier refused, saying that they do not give cups of water, and instead I had to buy a bottled water. That is extremely rude of them. I will never go back to this location ever again.

Small location but well stocked and fast-​moving lines. The employee turn overt is low so they get to know you. When I used to go every day they’d start my order when they saw my cat pull up!

The staff who manage the store is extremely unfriendly and rude. Takes forever to get your food as they work really slow. Ice-​cream cone machine is beyond broken and what you get is almost a thick shake. I had to fight with the lady working there to get a refund as she charged me for two extra ice-​cream when we went there is group. I am sure she was trying to cheat.

Stopped here on Saturday night for some Iced Coffee. The drinks came fast enough and were fine. They weren’t incredibly friendly and the actual location is really only accessible going west on 46. def not worth going out of your way for but it mostly did the trick in a pinch.

This place needs to be shut down, the food in the store is gross and old.
I picked up milk and chocolate bar from the store side and the milk was spoiled, and the chocolate bar was WHITE it was so old. (photos coming to prove it.)
The DD is ran the same way, old food and the coffee is always made wrong.

Been a VERY long time since I’d been to this DD… mostly because I don’t need to be on this side of Parsippany for anything.
While I DID have my first pumpkin coffee of the season, and it was delicious, I remembered why I stopped coming here. The place is kind of depressing. The service is ‘fine’, but nothing special, bit the parking lot is a mess and gets crazy at times.
Fine for a stop-​in if I’m over there, but this DD is nothing special…
