Dunkin’ Donuts

This location is great in the morning and Monday-​Thursday evenings. But Friday to Sunday nights it’s absolutely ridiculous. They close well before midnight (sometimes as early as 11 – 11:15) they’re out of donuts by 8−9pm (I think they throw them away because they’re not that busy honestly. The girl sometimes has an attitude and sometimes doesn’t.

this story was sent to me by a friend:
I go into DD this AM and order, «Hot coffee, ½ regular and ½ Bold Roast with hazelnut /​milk, 1 Splenda on the side». The girl says, «½ decaf ½ regular?»
I said no, «Hot coffee, ½ regular and ½ Bold Roast with hazelnut /​milk, 1 Splenda on the side»
She says, «½ regular ½ Bold Roast coffee, cream and sugar?»
I said, NO «Hot coffee! ½ regular and ½ Bold Roast with hazelnut! milk! 1 Splenda on the side»
I’m starting to get just a little pissed. Thinking she got it right, hands me the coffee, I go to the counter with the straws, add just a sprinkle of Splenda, take a sip and the coffee isn’t even warm. I go back and the young guy now said to me, «You wanted ½ regular and ½ iced coffee, right?»
Who the &%@# orders ½ regular hot coffee and ½ iced coffee ?
Meanwhile, there’s a girl behind me looking at me like I HAVE 2 HEADS
The young guy finally got it right and my coffee was delicious.
Note: the regular folks behind the counter seem to be on vacation…

The store is newly renovated it looks great. The service is poor: the coffee is not hot. The staff behaves as if they are doing you a favor: they barely speak to you, won’t make eye contact, make assumptions/​guesses about what they think your order should be and are slow. A coffee place should at least have hot coffee.

Early morning workers are great! They are friendly and know your custom orders. The evening crew is poor… last night I was refused a box of Joe 5 hours before they closed and tonight the lady did not want to make me a chai at 630pm. A customer after us stormed out complaining about service.

Went to this Dunkin Donuts in 2010 when going to the Town Tavern…
One of the worst… The store is supposed to close at midnight and at 11:20pm he had no more donuts and only decaf coffee…
To make matters worse to clerk closed the store before midnight…
