Carrie is like the magician of hair! She is a beast at color, and makes me feel like a queen every time i go! She is super friendly, listens to what the client wants and you can tell has such a passion for hair. I dont trust my color to ANYONE else, a true professional, sweet, and super talented stylist. The staff there are super friendly too and its overall just a great experience.

I found a new aesthetician! I am thrilled to have found Mia at Renaissance Spa and Salon. Very thorough facial/​microdermabrasion. Wonderful customer service. Great hours and availability. Pricing on par with other spas.

First time trying this spa for a facial and massage. The service was great, but as a regular spa-​goer I have some suggestions to make the guest experience even better. First, the locker room– there is no place to sit and get dressed/​undressed into the spa robe other than the bathroom down the hall. Thankfully, I went during the week when the spa wasn’t crowded and the bathroom readily available for changing. Second, there is no relaxation or quiet room to wait in-​between services. There is a grouping of 4 lovely chairs but the area is brightly lit from the lobby windows in the front there is a manicurist in an adjacent room where there is lots of chit chat and a coffee station where the staff and guests stop at frequently. The whole point of going to a spa is to RELAX and feel removed from the real world outside. Other than the treatment rooms, there is no quiet, dimly lit area to relax here.

Jennifer Adika does NOT know how to cut hair. Very young girl with no experience. I will never reccommend her to anyone. Do NOT go here. Very overpriced and the service is terrible. Save your money, the SuperCuts is better.
