Doug was very kind and pleasant to me during my service — you don’t find much of that any more. Most of my experiences in other starbucks locations across Denver and Boulder have been very pretentious and dealt with disdain; not here — Doug has world class service, and deserves to be recognized for his kindness and willingness to help other people. I recommend this starbucks over others for this reason, and will have a loyal customer.

Worst Starbucks service I’ve ever had. We walked up to the counter and the kid behind the counter was doing something (but not for a customer) and said he’d be with us in a minute. We said okay and continued to wait. Another Starbucks employee walked by going in the direction of the Target deli and she asked him if she should take our order, and he just said «no, I said I would be there in a minute» and still wouldn’t stop whatever he was doing. Finally he came to the counter and he kept the trend going and was just rude and short with everything, this kid was clearly picked on in school and takes it out on customers of Starbucks. I’d give it 1 star because of this awful kid, but the Danish I ordered was phenomenal.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had at starbucks. Staff was unfriendly and I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for employees to have their personal conversation before making my drink –which ended up being incorrect. I wish I could say they were busy.
I’ve never left SB unhappy until today.
I will never go back to this location.
They are getting a whole star because luckily there was caffeine in my drink.

Another update to my favorite coffee place. Now my girls are teens and addicted to Starbucks, so we are in there constantly. We bring in our own cups for the discount and they are the big 24 oz ones. I love that they fill it up, even when we order the smaller Tall. Love you Starbucks! It’s a nice splurge for sure. :)
