Got in got excellent service and got yummy coffee and treats for my kids! Love coming to this location.

I come to this Starbucks a few times a week and I’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly for over a year now. The staff is very friendly, some people have even come to remember my order. I highly recommend this place and it’s always clean.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to!!! They are friendly, they listen to your order with perfection and give honest suggestions if you want to try their new brews!!! Cold brew and Starbucks double shot are amazing here. Most of the other Starbucks don’t even know what a Starbucks double shot is… Keep up the good work…/

The service is a bit slow here compared to other Starbucks locations that I frequent. They definitely need to pick up the pace and have more employees working on the weekends. They do have outdoor seating and there is plenty of parking in the area.

Wish i could give this place 0 stars. Absolutely appauling. Worst service ever. Made a ton of drink orders incorrectly. Made my friend’s order wrong TWICE. Then, they took everyone else’s order in line, and finally made my friends drink correctly. I just love waiting forever for a simple drink to be made. I will NEVER come here again.

Worst Starbucks in ages. Everyone’s order was wrong. We waited for 20 mins or more as they made my husband’s drink wrong. So instead of fixing it first, they waited until they served everyone else in line– a good 15 people. Only one girl there (short blonde shaved hair) was really working and knew what was going on. DONT go here. There’s another one close by.

What a terrible Starbucks. No matter the time of day, rude, unfriendly and discourteous employees. This morning I went in for a coffee and iced americano. She prepared and handed out two drinks for men that came in after me while my americano sat on the counter half finished. She had nothing left to do but pour ice. I worked in the service industry so I know about consolidating your steps, but this was an obivious miscalculation. And not the first time. I’ll be going to the Prospect Ave one from now on.

I like both this one and the location by the movie theater. I used to live in Elmhurst so I’ve only been to this Starbucks a few times; My visits are few and far between. I was surprised today when the staff remembered me and wished me luck on my finals! It was sweet. I like the staff and they are good at getting drinks made fast despite the overwhelming crowd that’s usually there. In and out in probably 20 minutes :)
Other comments complain about an illegitimate drive-​thru. This building used to be a bank… so there is no way that the existing drive-​thru money tubes could suffice for coffee deliveries. These are now used as short-​term 15 minute parking.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!
Maybe im just a very forgiving person but they simply can do no wrong. They are super frendly, always clean, GREAT for studying (in fact this is the only place i can truly concentrate) and never screw up my order. This is my favorite Starbucks and I love that its so close. They are fast and always make quality drinks.
If you are unsure of what to order, simply ask them what they recommend and they will be more than happy to help.
Just last night I asked one of the workers which drink has the most caffeine and told her how i needed to pull an all-​nighter and she suggested a venti house brew green eye cup of coffee with a pump of any syrup; This stands for THE BEST SOLUTION TO STAYING UP ALL NIGHT WITH DELICIOUS COFFEE TO KEEP YOU GOING. It was a regular cup of coffee but they added hazelnut syrup and not one, not two, but THREE shots of espresso and i must say that did the trick.
I love this place and really consider this my second home.
So from me to you, Mi casa is su casa because this place is the best.

Ok, I’m not a Starbucks person. I rarely drink coffee, and if I do I make it at home. So when I had an hour to kill with a friend and she suggested Starbucks, I was like «Sure why not?» It was later in the afternoon, so I didn’t want caffeine. And, truth be told, I panic when I look at the Starbucks menu. So many choices, and I don’t know what 90% of the stuff is. So I ordered an orange mango smoothie. Waited a while. Took a sip. No flavor whatsoever. For 4.29 + tax. And a dollar tip. I’ve had better smoothies from a McDonald’s drive-​thru. Seriously.
So we sat down — me on the couch, my friend on a chair, and end table in between. An end table with a bunch of trash and a puddle of coffee. Kinda gross.
I guess I expected more from Starbucks.

I ordered a medium coffee and asked the barista to leave room for cream and sugar. She handed me a brimming cup of hot liquid ready to scald my hands the second I clumsily removed the lid.
She forgot to leave room. No big deal. It happens.
I could have dumped some of the coffee out into the garbage, but I stubbornly poured the cream and sugar into an already full cup. The end result was coffee trickling down my hand the entire car ride home.
The following week I ordered a small coffee but asked for it in a medium cup so I’d have room for cream and sugar. Different barista, same result. I paid for a small, but I got a medium filled to the motherfucking top.
Again too stubborn to pour some of the coffee out, I just drank it black and grumbled about it for at least two whole minutes.
I can’t say I’ll never go to this location again. It’s too convenient considering it’s right next to the Original Pancake House. If I wasn’t so lazy, I’d go to the other Starbucks right around the corner. But alas, I am so lazy. I’ll likely continue to visit this location and continue to get horrible service from baristas who apparently don’t speak English. Or is it that I don’t speak Starbuck?

This particular location is among my favorites. The staff is always friendly, and they seem to keep the place clean. The bathroom has never been gross, like at some other Starbucks locations I’ve been to.
The store is large, and there are many tables at which to sit, and a large comfy chair area. There is also a nice patio area.
Venti French Press Breakfast Blend, and veggie wrap are two of my favorite things…

I used to be the biggest fan of this Starbucks, but time after time the service has been getting worse. I continue to wait 15+ minutes for a cup of coffee with absolutely no modifications.
I used to live in Old Town where the Starbucks was 3 times busier yet my drinks never took more than 7min (on a bad day).
I’m late to work every time I come here… I work 10 min away.
I’ve also had my coffee messed up and my food order messed up so many times but no one has done anything to fix it.

This store is spacious, has ample parking, and outdoor seating. Plus they rock the Clover! Good lighting for reading and the music isn’t too loud. Staff was friendly and informative. As a plus, they have a «made with a mac» photo book of the store’s construction and opening.
The non-​funtional drive thru is an oddity, but that makes the store unique.

I am giving this place 5 stars on account on how the staff was friendly towards my mom and quite friendly over all.
Whats odd is that there is another starbucks a stones throw away, yeah its smaller and maybe closer to the Pickwick movie theater, but maybe thats why it is there.
This one is bigger, ample parking and a nice little setting with multiple hotspots for wifi and usually a few people relaxing inside and out for you people watchers. My mom and I enjoyed ourselves.

I’ve always been confused why there is another Starbucks 100 feet away from this location… and it’s not like it’s in a grocery store or something. It’s two separate buildings merely a parking lot apart.
Anyhoo. I’ve been here a few times in the last few weeks because it’s conveniently on my way to work and I crave chai teas often on cold autumn mornings. Each time I’ve stopped here in the morning, my order is taken from the people who make the drinks before the cashier, so by the time I’ve paid for my drink with the cashier, it’s made already! I find this wonderful, as it eliminates the wait (although once I mistakenly grabbed the wrong drink and didn’t know it until I left — but I blame that partially on my lack of ability to hear the drink makers shout out the names of the drinks). However, the drinks are never that great. When I go during the evening hours, the drinks take a little bit of time but seem to taste better.
I really do like the staff. They are very friendly.
Oh, one more thing, it took me awhile to figure out that there is actually not a real drive-​thru (bummer)! A drive-​thru area exists, and there are usually cars sitting in the areas, but no order menu or windows. I feel like Starbucks could’ve used that…
So if you’re in a hurry, this is a good place to go. But if you want the perfect chai tea, the morning rush isn’t a good time to get it. From previous reviews, I’ve read that the other nearby location is better (although much smaller and parking is not easily in and out). I’ve only been to that other location once on a walk — couldn’t complain.
Sorry, I’m not a coffee person and couldn’t tell you how those taste.

Looks like they opened this Starbucks in what used to be a bank branch with drive thru capabilities. They could have optimized the space by having a drive thru window, now these dual drive-thru’s are sitting without use or purpose. Gives off the impression that as a company they haven’t the money for a good renovation.
In my experiences with Starbucks, some places stir up the final product and some don’t. Here they don’t, so stir your coffee before taking off, otherwise you’ll complain to yourself that it wasn’t made correctly.
I like that they are so close to Le Peep. If I miss the opportunity of having brunch there, I can walk across the parking lot to Starbucks and grab a caramel macchiato and warmed cinnamon roll. Service with a smile and sweet roll in the tummy.
It would be fantastic if they had outdoor seating.

Finally! A Starbucks that gives me passion fruit iced tea lemonade and not just ice.
