Food here was amazing! Wishing I could afford to come more often. Best steak and sides in the state!

Super bummed! Spent a small fortune on What is comparable to Outback Steakhouse. Service was ok! Got set at a booth for 6, and hostess did not clear other place settings away. We had reservations for 2, but, apparently, they didn’t plan for us. I had to ask waitress of she could clear off other settings so we had room and it’s just how you do things I thought.. I guess not a big deal, but you kind of expect a little more attention at a place like RC. Salad was good! FRench onion soup was cold. I didn’t know that could even happen.?? Wine was good, but way over priced(expected). I don’t mind paying for a good experience, as that’s what we have always had here in the past. So not bitching about that, just adds to the bummer deal. Appetizers, think of 6 shrimp on the Barbie from outback, for $ 20.00. Very small and 2 of them were butterflied so poorly, there was only ½ shrimp. :(. So 5 shrimps for $ 20.00. Once again, price isn’t a thing for us, if you get a good experience and well prepared food. Steaks both over done. We told waitress, she replied, «but their ok though»? Our fears of sending back food,(or should I say, getting food back) over ride our desire for a medium done steak. Side note, couple next to us sent food back 2 times. Waitress cringed when they called her over again. So it’s not just us… Sides, were down right awful! Fingerling potatoes, so dry, and cold, and wrinkled from setting. We had to drink water each bite, as not to choke, all 2 bites mind you. Mushrooms, again, Outback has superior mushrooms compared to what we had. I think I had 1 bite, husband took maybe 2 bites and said«really?». We had told waitress, we were less than satisfied with food. She brought us a free desert. Kind gesture, but, pretty sure it had been setting for at least a week. Super dry, old lava cake, which once again, caused us both to cough, as it was super super dry, and old. Crumbles apart, and lava was like warm. Guessing it’s a consolation dessert. I probably wouldn’t have written a negative review, as we usually love RC, but, I got my credit card bill today, and was reminded of our $ 200 dinner that would have been better spent taking a few extra friends to Outback.

We were seated promptly at our reservation time. The service was good and the food was too! We started off with a couple salads. I had the chopped salad which came out all chopped up I to bite sized pieces which I really liked and then they might have put it in a cup or something, then upside down on the plate.(Think making a sand castle) It was very delicious and the plating was pretty. All of the flavors went very well together. My husband had the wedge which he also enjoyed but he said he wasn’t crazy about the balsamic as he is used to more of a balsamic reduction/glaze and this was more of a creamy balsamic dressing. Then we both ordered steaks! I had the New York Strip which was really good, and not too fatty. My husband had the ribeye which he also enjoyed. I was surprised that the steaks came out on a sizzling hot plate in a pool of butter but it added to the experience and the flavor. We finished with the bread pudding which tasted ok but wasn’t overly impressive. I suppose I’m not a bread pudding lover so I can’t say how it compares to others but the overall taste and density of the dessert just didn’t do it for me.

I have been to this location on several occasions. Nice atmosphere. For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. We asked for light butter on our steaks but our server did not enter it in so ended up with steaks that had too much butter. My wife’s steak was undercooked. After it was reheated it was still undercooked. This seems to be a consistent problem at this location.

I eat at Ruth’s Chris every time I go to Park City. The steaks always so tender and delicious. Without question the best steaks around. The service is always top notch. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants an amazing dinning experience.

I have been to the Park City location multiple times, and have loved it more with each visit. The staff are exceptionally polite and courteous. The ambiance is perfect for business meetings or a romantic evening alike. Apps and sides — It is a hard call between the shrimp(BBQ or Lemon) and calamari. Holy smokes, they are good! Steak — Now, the steak. Oh, the sweet, juicy, tender, buttery, succulent steak! I have had several of their small steaks, leading up to the 24 oz, and the 40 oz porterhouse«for two»(what can I say, I’m a big guy!). All of them left me with a huge smile on my face. Truth be told, every time I finish a steak here and hear the«sizzle» of another one being brought out for another table, I instantly think, «I could so go for another!» Dessert – Haagen Daz ice cream, crème brûlée, cheesecake, banana cream pie… oh goodness, friends, all of them are a delightful party for the tongue! My favorite by far has been the banana cream pie; they put sugar on top then lightly«roast» it so it melts and caramelizes to the bananas. Word for the wise — Ruth’s Chris isn’t cheap. I took a date their for Valentines day and it was $ 180 before the tip. So, definitely not a place for weekly visits. Unless you’re loaded. If you are, hit me up; I could use a rich friend or two. ;)

Awful. Exceptionally slow service and rude staff. Steak salad and sliders took 45 minutes and came out cold & raw. When complained to Manager merely a «I’m sorry» and excuses.

There is a reason for the 2 stars if you can stick through this review. We had an 8pm reservation and arrived about 7:45pm We were told«we will seat you but it will probably be closer to 8pm». That’s fine, my preference would have been for them to just say«we will seat you as quickly as possible» even if it was closer to 8pm, I just felt their response say something like«eh, you’re early so you’ll have to wait». And no, would you like to wait in the bar… or any other option. The server was great, but he forgot to bring the bread that we had to ask for, so we had to ask the gal serving water. Then no one brought bread plates, we had to ask for those as well. The lobster mac and cheese as an appetizer was a bit dry on top and for the cost should be spot on. The chop salad was exceptional with delicious croutons and really complex and tasty dressing. I ordered the crab cakes and my date ordered a steak. His was delicious. Mine was so fishy that I couldn’t eat it. So there were 2.5 crab cakes out of 3 left on my plate. Someone through the course of the meal should have noticed I didn’t eat my meal and try to fix it, but no, we waited and waited with nothing, even when I said that I didn’t want to box them up. The onion rings and steak were delicious, which was about half the food we ordered. So service was not great. Food was half great. This establishment and the prices should dictate a much different experience than we had. We drove from SLC so it was disappointing. Good thing my date is handsome, funny and mad the night wonderful despite the meal faltering a bit, he saved it. Next time we will think twice.

We sat at the bar for dinner and had a great time. Adam and Morgan took great care of us! Dinner was good, but the service knocked it out of the park. Best dinner experience while we were in Park City!

First off, the service was impeccable! I believe his name was Dryke. Over the top; very informative and helpful on our selections from wine to food. Second, we all 4 ordered steaks, multiple sides, and a few cocktails. One steak did come out over cooked, but it was fixed and then enjoyed. But that’s where the service is why I’m still giving this 5 stars instead of 4!

Located within the Hotel Park City. We stayed at the hotel so this was very convenient for our New Years dinner. Not the best first impression with 3 – 4 ladies at the hostess station laughing and tried to look away anytime we looked over at them. We had an 8pm reservation walked in a couple minutes before 8pm and although we could see empty tables, they did not sit for 15 minutes while others who walked in after us and were seated before us. It would have been nice just to get an update from the hostesses. I wish I could remember our waiter’s name since his service and the food we ordered made up for the bad first impression. Ordered the sizzling blue crab cake appetizer which had large amounts of crab, filet and lobster tail special and the bone-in filet. Food was delicious but to be expected from a high end steakhouse chain.

Call me busy or lazy, but I know this is a somewhat late review, but every business needs a review to help boost/improve their business! I am very disappointed with this Ruth’s Chris. The customer service was as expected for a high end steakhouse, but the steaks and sides were both undercooked. I had ordered the Filet Mignon and about seven sides for my family. Out of the eight entrees we ordered(including mine) only one had to be sent back and it turned out to be my meal! I had ordered a Medium Cooked Steak and it came out rare. For a high end Steakhouse, I expect my steak and sides to be perfect. This mess up made Ruth Chris’s lose two stars. In addition to that, nothing was done by them to compensate for their mess up. No one came by to apologize in any way, shape, or form! It was very unprofessional, but expected the night we were there because the waiter was not the best as well. The service and food was disappointing and I hope that this Ruth Chris improves!

I really did not want to toss out 5 stars for a steakhouse chain. The crab cakes the first night were slightly disappointing, but the service was 5 stars+. The second night, okay, I’ll easily give 5. One of my servers recognized me the second night and said, «welcome back.» THAT is amazing service. I had lobster bisque the first night, not the best ever, but up there. The wine list is quite nice. I had the petite filet, medium, and it was served on a smokin’ hot plate with sizzling butter. Okay, uncle, you got me. We had a party of 7 and ordered several family-style sides. I don’t eat cheese, I’m not a fan of broccoli, or bernaise’d asparagus. But, I ate the mashed potatoes — buttery smooth pillowy bites of perfection, and the sweet potato casserole(get this instead of dessert!). The service is impeccable. My water glass was never empty. Everything was provided for a lovely evening.

Excellent service! Hands down the best steak and lobster that I have ever had. I can’t wait to come back. You have to try the sizzling blue crab cakes. Yum!!! I also love the fact you can make a reservation online!

I’ve been here twice. I’ve also made an effort ahead of time to make it the meal I wanted. When it comes to food and meat, Ruth’s Chris is interchangeable with many others. One difference is the many others aren’t in Utah. Ruth’s Chris is. While Salt Lake City has the same food as the location is PC, the location in PC with that fantastic deck and beats it out. When the sun is going down, and you have a nice deck seat, the view doesn’t get better. If the food is prepared properly, and the service is competent, everything is golden. No, they don’t have dry aged meat, but then Flemings and Spencers don’t either. Our market doesn’t seem to demand it. They do have all the standard food. Skip the asparagus, unless you want it cooked to slightly mushy status. Other than that, it’s all been pretty good.

Perfect. Just perfect. Beginning with Khail, then Morgan at the bar, Dryke who is always happy, Jason who is an excellent server, the live musician, Robert Bartko, and every single person we encountered, we were treated wonderfully. Add to that a fantastic meal(Pprterhpuse for two, au gratin potatoes, tender asparagus, crime brûlée… Mmmmmm. Everything was amazing! HIGHly recommended!

I’ve been here twice. The first time was on Valentines day. Bad idea! Granted they were busy the service was slacking. I decided to give it another chance because I had a coupon for buy one get one free so why not. We went for lunch and it wasn’t busy, service was good and the food was good! Try the ahi tuna appetizer!

Had multiple meals here during our stay and enjoyed every bite. The service, food and selection was on par for Ruth’s Chris and compared to the other options the price was on point. Because of their location we were able to have food brought up to our room so can not speak to the dine-in service but everyone we dealt with from ordering to delivery was professional and polite. The location and views are beautiful and an added bonus given that other Ruth’s Chris I’ve been to had no views and feel a tad compact. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that I am not a huge fan of their limited menu. I personally would like to see a little more variety however, it is now and has always been a Steak House so this is nothing that I suspect they plan on changing anytime, ever. All things considered this is a great place to dine in or have brought to your room!

I hate to be «just another 5-Star» but seriously? People giving this place anything less need to pull the ginormous t-bone out of their butt. This place is awesome. If you’re on any kind of a budget, I’d steer clear, but if your company is paying… WHADDUP. I always go for the cowboy ribeye. 20 oz of pure awesome. They cook all of their steaks in a 1800° F oven causing the juices to remain locked in the meat, while marrow in the bone pops instantly, flavoring the entire steak.(Whenever I go, I ask them to explain the cooking process to me… Somehow it just makes it taste that much better). I get bleu cheese crust, and shrimp on top to accent the meat. Never been disappointed. This last time, I was with three other guys so we tried a variety of appetizers and sides. The stuffed mushrooms are pretty good, and the ravioli isn’t bad either. I had lobster mac and cheese as a side, along with some mashed potatoes. To drink, I always get a virgin(I don’t drink alcohol) piña colada. It’s better than you’d think, and you can taste real coconut chunks in the drink. If you’re in park city, make the stop. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful restaurant for sure, very romantic if you’re on a date… however… BRUTAL service and out of three things we ordered. We came at 8pm on a Saturday night… Where do I start? We were in town for Sundance and there was no way I was going to literally pay $ 70 for a ‘price fix’ menu for Mexican food on Main Street(one app, one entrée). So, we came here. Sat down, ordered drinks. Two wines my friend ordered were out, she ordered something else. They took forever and a day to arrive, had to remind the server about them but the busboy actually got them for us. For dinner, my friend ordered a ribeye with a sides of broccoli and baked potato. I ordered a filet with a side of mashed potatoes. I never have steak without mashed potatoes, it’s a staple in any steakhouse. Right? So… it was a long, long wait again… then the waiter comes out and tells me there are no more mashed potatoes. WHAT? No mashed potatoes… at a STEAKHOUSE? ON A SATURDAYNIGHT??? How in the hell does that happen? He said, «Can I offer you Potatoes Au Gratin… maybe you can mash them up?» I assumed he meant as a «comp» since my order wasn’t available. I hate Potatoes Au Gratin and I was just going to not have anything but he kept pushing it, okay, fine… I’ll just poke at those. Nah, those were on the bill, $ 10 for something I didn’t want. Thanks pal. The steak was top notch. However, my friend’s broccoli was awful, like something out of a microwave, she didn’t touch it. Then, dessert. We ordered crème brûlée. After about ten minutes, the waiter comes out and says, «Sorry, we’re also out of crème brûlée… but we can comp you something else, take care of it for you.» Oh, NOW you want to comp something that you don’t have in stock? But as he was saying it, the busboy or his helper came out with the order. He was like, «Whoops, that was for another table but we’ll tell them it’s out of stock.» There was a table of about 10 and he didn’t want to short-change them, instead, was going to take care of them and leave us hanging, so he can focus on his big tip there… but the ‘helper’ brought it to the wrong table. I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris enough to know that this isn’t typical but the horrible service, BASIC things being out of stock, slow/vacant service, etc. It’s sooooo standard to comp someone when they aren’t getting what they ordered or asked for. You never, ever give someone something they didn’t want in the first place and charge full price for it… it’s just tacky, but this server clearly had no problem with it. Like an idiot, I still tipped 20% but in retrospect, I shouldn’t have. I hope management sees this and stops being cheap. It’s friggin’ mashed potatoes… they hardly cost anything. You’d rather make more than you need because it’s SATURDAYNIGHT!!! You’d rather throw away extra than not have enough because you’re being cheap. And that’s the overall impression I got with this meal… just cheap and cheated. You don’t pay almost $ 50 for a steak to have this kind of garbage service. When it’s Sundance week… Saturday night… bring your A game. This was so disappointing.
