Grocery Girls

Thank you Grocery Girls! Exactly what we needed to start our holiday off right! The website was very easy to use & all the groceries were delivered to our unit before we arrived. Everything was put away nicely & saved me from taking my children grocery shopping on their vacation. We ordered $ 300 in food, the cost is DEFINITELY worth the convenience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Park City.

I ordered groceries from grocery girls. The groceries did arrive as promised and they delivered directly to the condo. It was great to arrive after our flight and have everything in the fridge.
There were a few hiccups: our frozen items were placed on the counter (not in the freezer). Not a huge deal, but they did sit on the counter for several hours. It was kind of odd because other items that didn’t necessarily need to be refrigerated (soda, water, etc) were placed in the fridge.
We also noticed that we were missing one item (a bottle of wine) and there was no receipt, invoice or anything that indicated what we paid. On the website, there are no indication of price on any item, so we really didn’t know what the cost was.
I sent an email asking about both and they promptly sent someone over with the bottle of wine and the receipts from the grocery store. We received the final invoice about a week and a half after receiving our order.
Overall, not perfect, but a good, reliable service.

We used Grocery Girls to fill our Villa while we were in town last week. They got everything my wife ordered and she was very pleased not to have to take time out of vacation do the shopping. My only thing is, I felt a little like they may try to make your bill high by only offering expensive products, or shopping at the most expensive grocery store, but this was our first time using a grocery service so perhaps I’m a little off base. The amount of the food/​beverage order we placed was about $ 300 total, after their 20% fee and their hourly rate we spend $ 400. We got a lot of food and it was great to walk into the villa and have it all there waiting. It’s just a matter of how much you want to spend.

This service started our trip out right! The order process was easy, good website. It allowed me to think about my list and add to it after checking with the group. It was so nice to arrive to the stocked kitchen after travelling. We needed a few more things during our stay and they were delivered the next day while we were out skiing. I would definitely use the Grocery Girls again.

Excellent service provider, everything was perfect and as requested. When they made substitutions they used their heads and the they were very accurate subs. I needed additional items after we arrived (underestimated how much 5 teenage boys eat), they delivered another entire order. Would definitely recommend and use them again if they are available where are travels take us. Oh and everything was put away neatly.

It’s like they didn’t even try. We put in an order for well over $ 150 worth of produce, cereal, and other goods. We arrived to just about nothing. No apples, carrots, cauliflower, bananas, orange juice, waffles, jelly… Nothing but dry goods summing about $ 40.
And what they had delivered? All wrong. The milk was the wrong type, as were the oats. The cinnamon cereal had turned into cinnamon bread, and our requested bread was absent.
To top it all off, they left us a note: «sorry we had to swap your tea. Hope you enjoy!» Like a cat bringing in a dead mouse and asking for praise! Egregiously ignoring the many many omissions, worrying about the tea?
Don’t bother; they certainly won’t.
**edit: a few days after our review, a representative got in touch with us. We were not charged for our order, and they offered to bring by a conciliatory bottle of wine.**

Excellent grocery list on their website. Excellent communication by the staff. It was also appreciated that they took the initiative and made substitutions when a requested item was out. The service isn’t inexpensive but when factoring in everything for someone on a brief visit, it is a bargain. When I am back in PC, I’ll use them again.
