Last month I traveled into town for a few days to fix my condo up for the ski season and needed new carpet. I had talked with Brad prior to arriving. He took the time to go to the condo in advance of my arrival for measurements and suggestions. It was a busy time for getting carpet in ahead of the ski season and the holidays. He and his installers were able to get it done while I was there. The carpet and the work were fantastic. The store is well stocked to see samples and the location is great. Thank you.

Brad is amazing! I went to see him on a Friday and my beautiful new carpet was installed on Monday!!! Brad is so easy to work with. He took the time to teach about the different styles and price ranges of carpets.
I had previously visited Home Depot and they couldn’t help me with carpet for a month and a half. I also stopped into the other carpet retailer in Park City and she said she would call me with when they could install but she never got back to me.
I love my new carpet and I was totally satisfied with the customer service at Brad’s Abbey Carpet.
