I was very disappointed in the customer service. They never did acknowledge me. I just left the shop and will never be back.

I came to this business as an out of town guest and I must say that the experience was less than positive. First, I will say that my two cousins who joined me had semi-​pleasant experiences. My experience was quite the opposite. As my service provider commenced to dig at my cuticles with dull nippers, a couple of them began to bleed! Her reply? «Oh it’s just one.» The nail polish used was old and well used, therefore creating bubbles in the finished product. Not a good look!
Upon completion of my services, I went up front to wait with my boyfriend who was gracious enough to offer to pay for our services when the service provider I had YELLED across a filled salon, «So, you wanna pay me now?!?» As if we were going to leave without paying! Needless to say this put an even bigger damper on our experience as well as her tip.
