This is a tough review to write, as this place pretends to be a restaurant. I would rate it as the following:
Bar — 4 stars
Service — 5 stars
Food — 1 star
Basically, if you’re looking to come have a beverage of choice, with something to much on, you’re going to be fine. If one comes seeking dinner, one will leave disappointed. It’s really a shame that they can’t come up with decent tasting food, since I’ve had frozen dinners that taste better.

Kristen and the cooks here brought back my faith in the Applebee’s brand with my visit here. I seated myself at the bar and was greeted immediately by a smile and «welcome to Applebee’s» by Kristen. It was busy, but I didn’t go unnoticed.
Kristen mentioned the specials of wings and burgers. I went with the wings and was not disappointed. The wings were hot and crispy, just as I ordered. The celery was cold, as well the blue cheese.
Before entering, I noticed only one review, which is good in my opinion. It seems some folks only give bad ones, and if they’ve been here this long and screwed up, this page would be full by now.
The manager came by to say hello, didn’t ask her name. Also, I was asked by others if I needed anything. Good job!
I had eliminated this chain, until I stopped here tonight, by chance.

Just called in a car side order. Asked for extra chicken, willing to pay for it. Pretty sure the guy put the phone down, proceeded to argue with his coworker about something else (I was able to overhear everything), got on the phone and flatly refused. Not really sure if he asked his manager, but I’m pretty bummed I can’t get extra chicken tenders. So much for customer service. :/​
I will say the in-​restaurant service is much better.
