I really find it distasteful when people assume why I may be calling. I was calling Diana yesterday to ask questions in regard to how to redeem a credit, but she was«too» busy to call me back for over 6 hours. I find it irritating that there is no one else that I can speak to besides Diana to get any sort of help, especially because Diana and her«service» leave a sour taste in my mouth. I would never NEVER shop at this store. We bought furniture that we NEVER took delivery on. As our home was being finished, we purchased the furniture ahead of time and asked for delivery at a later date. This is over 6 months ago, I still get calls in regards to our non-payment even though they had started charging us even prior to us receiving the furniture. Then, we found a better deal elsewhere and decided not to take the furniture but was told that we would still be charged and Diana would only issue store credit as she was unable to sell her furniture. I, as a customer, am so glad to hear that the store that is issuing me store credit is not even able to sell their own furniture. It seems in poor taste that Diana would tell customers that her furniture is virtually un-sellable for months and that it would just be sitting in her storage and/or her showroom. It makes me wonder what I purchased prior and if I should even consider purchasing more from a company that makes furniture that even their managers don’t feel is retail-worthy.

I should have looked online to read reviews of furniture before we purchased from there. They were really really really good about honoring their warranty, but there is no reason why in 2.5 years, we have had the cushions replaced, the 2nd set of cushions are already flat, they have pulls in them already and we have a cover on the couch, and the springs are shot in the bottom and the back. It’s all made in china and it’s not worth it. for $ 1800, we should have gone to Raymor and Flannagan.
