Catfish po boy, shrimp burger with garlic fries… the best lunch! So full, gonna have to walk a few miles after this one! Definitely try this truck if you get the chance! Excellent service too!

The Kraken is for sure the best kitchen on wheel in the area, come check it out! My favorite is the «Shark Attackos», loved the steak nachos too!

Everything on the menu looked so good and even included brussel sprouts, which I wouldn’t expect to be on a food truck menu!
I went with the fish and chips, which I’m not sure are regularly on the menu. Either way, they were absolutely delicious! They melt in your mouth as soon as you take a bite and fried perfectly. The fries were good too :) Looking forward to the next time I catch this truck!

I tried The KMC for the first time today I had their classic burger with the works and fries.
First off, I loved the soft brioche bun it really gave this burger an upscale feel without the upscale price tag at a sit down which was nice! The patty itself was cooked medium and was super juicy, you could really taste the great quality of the meat nothing worse than getting a greasy, flat patty without flavor… the classic comes with tomato, bib lettuce, cucumber pickles, onions, mustard, mayo and cheddar cheese. The fries were nice shoestrings fresh off the fryer but not greasy or over salted… the other menu items seemed super tasty as well, can’t wait to try the fish n’ chips, patty melt, or the steak sandwich all look fantastic! Thank you Chef Jon for a great lunch see you next time you’re in DTLA!
