The worst JITB EVER! I LOVE the restaurant but these one was the WORST! The onion rings were so… COLD I was too tired to go back and my SHAKE was thicker than a MALT! I should of looked at the reviews because I see they have very LOW RATINGS! WASTE OF ALMOST $ 7.00 dang!

I will never come again. The guy that was taking my order wasn’t paying attention to my order they got my order wrong and forgot to give my food. Top it off the manager is not professional at all she is slow and does not have customer service skills.

Visited on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at about 11pm. Drove up to the drive-​thru window and asked to place two orders, I was told «no» with no explanation. I then stated how I have always placed two orders in the past. She whispered «f**k it… ok.» In the end, she took both orders, but with major attitude. Although the orders were correct on the screen we got our orders wrong (which we noticed when we got home).
When I got to the window I confirmed it was ANA who had taken our orders. She was actively taking new orders while handling the register, drinks and giving people their meals. It was apparent she was not qualified for the job — she was visibly overwhelmed and irritable.
After I was given my first order she told me to have a good night and expected for me to drive off. After an awkward moment she asked if I needed anything else with an attitude. I told her about the second order and she started to laugh and said «I don’t know what I’m doing.»
I experienced major anxiety from point A to point B due to her hostility. This employee is not a good fit.

The service here is VERY SLOW customer service is okay but its kinda dirty all the time, it had food smeared all over one of its windows, i came back the other day and it was still there

Not a fan of this Jack in the Box. I ONLY come here in times of desperation during lunch because it’s convenient. Parking is tight. Customer service is terrible! Though, they are improving a bit. Orders are often incorrect. Staff comprehension isn’t the best. I find myself explaining multiple times what I want. Employees should know the menu and how to operate the register. Too much like right. Expect to see the high school kids hanging out on the inside during/​on school days. Drive they only!

On most days they get your order wrong. Check your order before driving off. This place is tagged up since the high school is just across the street.

I should have known not to order the # 15 at jack in the box, but the picture looked so good. Service is improving I previously had 2 bad experiences there and this time it was better. The morning crew could use some tips from the night crew. I keep coming here because it’s close to my home.

I usually come here for my late food runs. But I’m absolutely in love with the Classic buttery jack. That burger is amazing! I had a craving so I came to indulge. Never really had a problem here except once my hashbrown was too greasy. Kinda like it was day old and refried. And once my fries were cold. Aside from that, everything good

I decided to have Jack in the box today. I was in the area & I went to this location. I went drive-​through. Their were 5 cars before me but it was my day off so I didn’t care. Let’s wait.(I waited roughly 15 minutes) In retrospect it was worth the wait.
I got the new Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack. It had a pizza garlic type sauce on it. It was delicious. Try it Unilocalers, I recommend it highly.
Shout out to Jesus who was hustling today at work. He took my order on the headset, took my money, and handed me my food. This is my favorite location in the Area. Very friendly staff. Thank you very much.

We visit this Jack in the box often as we live around the corner from it, more times then not they forget at least 1 item from our order, does not mater if it is a big or small order, just last week they forgot 1 order of tacos of 2… most staff is very friendly, service over all is «okay».

OH Jack in the crack How many times over the years have we had a love hate relationship? I love your 2 taco’s for a buck and my Doc. hates that I eat them. No but seriously as far as Jack’s go this one is o.k. Nice staff.

Worst experienced ever!!! Went in for 4 tacos and had to wait 10mns for them. They said «making them fresh for you». Once I got the tacos, which was about 15mns later. Tacos were nasty, not freshly made. Never going there again.

I went here one night at like 1am, and the service was super fast, food fresh. The store was very clean. Thanks for hooking it up.

BEWARE!!! there are «suspicious people» that frequent here.
I wouldn’t recommend going in. IF you are in the area choose the drive through option.

What’s up with all of the flies in this place?

It smells like vomit in the whole restaurant the tables are all tagged up and there never clean the service is decent

This Jack in the Box on Alondra Blvd in the city of Paramount has to be one of the best ones! I always have a good experience when I go there during the night and sometimes in the morning for a Mango Smoothie. The personnel is great and I never have any problems with my orders. They are great at taking orders and very polite. unlike «McDonald’s». They all work very hard to give me and many more excellent customer service. The building is clean and very new. The food is always excellent. Love the late night employee’s. I recommend this Jack in the Box to anyone.
