Very bad customer service! Last night I called at 8:40 to place an order for a Specialty Chicken, the guys working the night shift told me it would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes. I arrived at 9:30 to pick up my order and they said there was no order placed. I thought maybe I had called another location so I went out to my car and called again, the guy that answered said my order was ready. I asked him where they were located they said paramount and Jefferson I then told him I had gone inside and they told me there was no order he then told me yeah just go In again. Once I went back in I made line and waited and when It was my turn I gave them again my phone order and name and nothing appeared!!! I told them I had just called not five minutes ago and I spoke with one of them and they said my order was ready. The three gentlemen working in the back of the counter all kept looking at each other, I asked them I wanted to know who I had spoken with in the phone. No one would come front until one of them offered to take my order again and get it going… I refused to, I wasn’t going to wait another 15 – 20 minute when I had already waited almost an HOUR! I see there is a lot of bad reviews. If management cared they would try and do something about it. Not just ignore it and continue working the way they have… I’m rating a one star not because they deserve it, but because I am not allowed to post unless I give a star rating!

Customer service was LOUSY!!! I placed an online order and never received my delivery. No phone call not even an apology. I made several attempts to call and speak to the manager but she(daisy)was never available. Wrote 2 emails to corporate and corporate said i would be notified. 2 weeks finally pass and i have yet to hear from anyone. I finally call the store and speak to daisy. After haggling back and forth she makes it seem like its my fault i never received the pizza. If i had not called they would’ve just scammed me out of my $ 40.

I live so close to it thats why i ordered from there & did caryOut but i ordered wings and Alfredo pasta on bread bowl and they were both rilly rilly rilly greecy like you can literlly see the greece on the boxes up, made me want to throw up!!! They rush there things so fast that they dont pay attention too how the food turns out. There pizza is not good no more i prefer #PizzaHut all the way!!!

Where do I begin? Ordered a pizza and wings at 619pm. Online Tracker told me that driver is on their way with my order at 640pm. I’m sitting outside the front door of my house looking at pinterest on my celly enjoying the cool breeze at 643pm. 756pm comes around and I get the nerve to call domino’s to inquire about my food. Brandon informs me that the driver showed up and waited outside for 10 to 15 minutes and called my cell many time so he brought the pizza back. So. .. . No. That’s not true because I was the one sitting outside waiting and what??? My food was sent back to the store and nobody was going to call and let me know? Wowwwwww! Cancelled my order and will call the manager in the morning. Very disappointed. I really wanted my pizza!

Horrible pizza was late… pizza was cold… pizza had wayyyy too much sauce not enough cheese. There was literally more souce than anything… we order non garlic crust yet there was garlic on the crust. Im very disappointed and highly doubt i would order from here again. The only good thing I could say was that kickers were alright.

Horrible service. Took the guy 1 hr 20 mins to finally get to my house. Called the store and they said they will give us $ 25 off the next purchase. No thanks! Take your cold pizza back. The store manager Daisy better call back. Got a few words of advise for your crew. Zero stars if I could rate this place.

Twice i have ordered from this location, simply by virtue of staying at a nearby motel. Both experiences were disappointing-and i am being NICE when i use this term. The first time, i ordered habenaro boneless chicken & paid extra for the same sauces. The idiots brought me garlic butter sauce but i couldnt tell that until the delivery driver had left and i opened the box of chicken. WTFO?! Thats NOT what I told you and paid EXTRA for! Needless to say, I was PISSEDOFF. That sauce just does NOT match the flavors of the chicken… it went straight in the trash. My cash was WASTED! Second experience even worse. I ordered pasta primavera with chicken. Yes, I paid EXTRA for the addition of the damn chicken! There was NO sauce-NONE, ZERO, ZIP, NADA! Just DRY pasta, all stuck together. Primavera? SOMEONE at Dominos needs to consult a REAL Chef to learn what the hell that word means! Heres the«primavera» veggies i got: — Three canned mushroom slices(OMG!) — Four bite-sized pieces of onion — Three tiny pieces-less than bite size-of red bell pepper — FOURMINISCULE pieces of chicken-just TEASERS that I paid EXTRA for! — Some VERY dried out cheese thrown on top and broiled till it was thick, BROWN& stuck to the sides of the pan. ICK. $ 6.99 for this crap? Its A TOTALRIPOFF! This place employs a bunch of very give-a-shit, DUMB teenagers, who are SEVERELY lacking of ANY supervision. Call Pizza Hut. This place is a TOTAL waste of your money! Stay AWAY!!! YOUWILLBETICKEDOFF!

Over 40 minutes to deliver my order? 40 minutes to drive less than two miles? That’s ridiculous. The 40 minutes didn’t even include the«cooking» time, that was another 30 minutes. When I got my food it was a few degrees shy of being cold. What’s the point of the tracker if it’s not even accurate. I should have checked the reviews of this location before placing an order, this place sucks based on others reviews and my own experience.

Fail! First, when I ordered the pizzas, the girl/lady asked me to repeat my order several times and my phone # several times, so that was annoying. She told me 30 – 40 min. Well, an hour later… nothing. I call them and they can’t find order and afterwards they say that the pizza was delivered. Um, really? Then why am I hungry? So they say the will give a discount and that the driver is on his way. So they’re going to make 2 pizzas and wings in 2 seconds since he’s on his way? I could have already gone to 4 places and bought food from all of them for this length of time. It’s now 1 ½ hours since placing order. Wth? All we wanted was to have some pizza after a long work week. Now we’re here waiting for these guys for over an hour. Unacceptable.

I understand this area has a large number of latinos, but I don’t think the staff that answers the phone should only speak Spanish. I also placed an order on-line and the tracker showed my pizza delivered and the driver still had not made it to my door. I tried addressing with management at least three times and never got a call back. I sent the complaint via the website and still nothing.

Food and service is pretty good. I mostly get delivery from here, but sometimes get carry out. Everything is pretty solid, and about what you can expect from a good chain restaurant. Parking is pretty limited for carryout though. Not much street parking at all, no dedicated lot, and you often have to park in the residential areas nearby. For carryout orders, I prefer to go to the location near Apollo park on Imperial Highway in Downey. They have their own parking lot in the plaza.

Absolutely the worst Dominos ever. I ordered 3 pizzas and their chocolate lava cake. Pizza 1, I ordered Double mozzarella sauce instead of «pizza sauce» and Double Pepperoni, which you might be aware COSTSEXTRAMONEY. Of course I received a scarce amount of regular pizza sauce, and a regular amount of pepperoni. Pizza 2, I ordered their chicken ranch pizza on thin crust, straight off their menu. I very specifically asked for the sun dried tomatoes to be removed. Of course I received the pizza with a large helping of the tomatoes and there was no ranch sauce on my pizza. Not to mention, the crust was burnt to hell and back… I guess that’s where they get the crunch from. Pizza 3, I ordered their supreme pizza. Surprisingly this pizza was the closest to what I actually ordered. I asked for sausage and they put it on but I also asked for no onions. Needless to say, the pizza came with a regular serving of onions. Finally, to add insult to injury, my chocolate cakes were burnt to a crisp as well. On top of my cakes were a mixture of grease and powdered sugar that you could scoop off and mold, like Play-Doh. Of course I contacted Dominos to complain, only to be told this Dominos is privately owned and they can do nothing for me. It goes without saying that I am not interested in ordering from that establishment again and I do not want them to «replace my order». Absolutely TERRIBLE.

Quick, Easy, & Friendly. Drive here from a different city though I have a closer one nearby. They have yet to mess up order. Hold time on the phone is usually no longer then 30 seconds/a minute check-in.

I wrote a review a year and a half ago about the fact they NEVER remember the sauces that you order and sometimes are charged for. Guess what happened today? It shouldn’t shock me. I even called and told the guy that I can’t even get mad anymore about it and just requested that they really start paying attention to their orders because it is really causing bad reviews and business. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is the delivery guy and the guy I spoke to on the phone were extremely apologetic and polite and I appreciate that as normally I get treated like crap by the employees.

I order from here about 1 – 2 times a week and they are very nice. They call me whenever they do not have anything in stock like Doritos chips etc. I always have it delivered to my office. Sometimes, my pizza is delivered VIP style in a Lexus. Ha. At any rate, I noticed most bad reviews are from phone orders. I could relate and understand the frustrations but sometimes when stores get really busy, they tend to forget things. And shift changes make that situation much worse. I never phoned in a order and have only placed orders online. This way, they are held more accountable because it goes directly into Domino’s corporate(well at least I like to think it does: P). Online ordering is also great because there is a new Order Status widget which tells you the stage your order is in.(Order Placed — Prep — Bake — Quality Check — Delivery). Also has the name of the person responsible for your order and the exact time. The best part is, you can leave a review for the corporate to see directly on this page. Perhaps they provide good service to my office because of generous tips but based on experience, these guys are overall good. Only reason why I did not give more than 4 stars is due to their foods sometimes being over-cooked.

I’m giving them 3 stars because they don’t deserve 4⁄5 but they are not a total dump! First, most of the staff is polite. Never had any problems with any of them. Are they as professional as I would like, not really but hey it’s pizza not my attorney. Next whenever I order my order is always correct. Sad to say but that’s an accomplishment these days with pizza places. I’ve had two bad experiences with them. The first was I ordered online then I waited for the app to tell me my pizza was ready. They are about a 5 min walk from my house so my brother and I walked over to get it. When we got there they were barely making it. Very disappointed. I mean that’s the point if the tracker in the app. Next disappointed time but they got to redeem themselves for this one. No wait I had 3 bad experiences. The second was we ordered pretty late about 11pm and they said about 20 mins. It took an hour to get the delivery for 2 medium pizzas. I don’t mind the wait. I mind the miscommunication. The maybe not being lied to but the being wrong, you should know how long it’s going to take to get pizza made and out the door. So we knew they closed at midnight so I called and soon as I called they said it should be there soon. Sure enough 5 mins later they deliver it. The last time they ruined the order. I had placed the order online again and this time the app said about 49 minute wait. I thought maybe I should go pick it up. But it was a rainy lazy kinda day so I said let’s wait. Come an hour later no pizza. The tracker app is saying its in it way. An hour and a half later. I call to complain and they say I should have it soon. Sure enough 5 mins after j gang up they deliver it. Now here’s the bad and the good. We got the pizza but it wasn’t hot. It was barely warm. So after I asked a few people that were eating they agreed. So I called back and they delivered the same exact order over free of charge but it only took about 15 mins. So my question is how does that happen.
