Wow. Excellent pizza! Glad I didn’t listen to the bad reviews. Yes the guy on the phone was asian. So what? The pizza is great!

Sometimes the man is a bit hard to understand but we have been coming here for years and they have the best pizza in bellflower ! :)

Papa Joe’s Pizza, just another hole in the wall?
I got to tell you, whenever I passed by this place, I didn’t see myself going into this place, much less eating food from here. Well, after today I see myself going back and eating again. My coworkers decided to eat here and ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a large order of hot wings. Pizza was so delicious, really doughy and fresh. Customer service was great, really friendly.

I love the pizza at this place! It’s my favorite whole in the wall place to get pizza from. The guy who runs it is very nice and if your looking for a new go to for pizza give them a shot! I’ve got my family hooked! The only downside to the place is the parking situation! But I look past it because I love the pizza.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews, this place has great pizza. My review is solely based on their pizza. If I wanted an Italian dish I would go to an Italian restaurant. Anyways, Papa Joe’s has great pizza at a great price.

I ordered the two large pizzas with two toppings (pineapple/bacon&chicken/mushroom). Both were delicious and the crust was perfect. I highly recommend this place. Pizza was delivered in 30mins thank you for the pizza! Keep up the good work; wish I was able to tip more, next time!

Good pastrami & cheesy bread, horrible service. They just hang up in your face & sometimes the even screen calls.

Changed ownership!!! Asian owner?! They made my Caesar salad with iceberg lettuce! I don’t understand why the previous owners would allow this to happen. It was a very good place, fresh ingredients and a small menu… not anymore.
Go somewhere else! Don’t waste your money or upset your tummy.

I have a coupon and placed an order, I’m so glad I mentioed my coupon because I was told they don’t honor coupons. I prompty cancelled my order and will get pizza somewhere else. Its more about the bad attitude I was given and the principle, why have coupons printed and then not honor them??? It’s just bad business!

Dear Papa Joes,
Your Spaghetti Special here is terrible. I’d rather eat Ursala’s tentacles than attempt to eat your rendition of my favorite Italian dish.
I guess I should have known better. But the pure disappointment is enough for me to give 1 star, signifying an epic fail.
PS. A Chinese guy who couldn’t speak English working at a pizza joint? Wow.

Very good pizza. Their biggest pizza is so big I have to tilt the box to fit it thru my car door. Very good deal for their price. Tasty too.

I’ve always wanted to try the pizza from this place, so today was the day. I like to first always try the cheese pizza at unfamiliar pizza places thus I ordered a large cheese pizza at the price of $ 5.99. Sounds good, right? The old idiom «you get what you pay for,» unfortunately slipped my time while ordering. I also ordered a $ 2.99 side of spaghetti.
When I finally got home with the food, I grabbed a slice and attempted to devour. The cheese was fake, the marinara tasted like a terrible combination of bitter and sour tomatoes that was mixed with salt water. Now I’m not generally a crust person, but I must admit that the crust was decent. It was soft. The spaghetti sauce was brown. I like my spaghetti sauce in a shade of red. And it tasted 10x worst than the pizza marinara. I’m gonna try to fix it up because I feel bad wasting.
I don’t recommend this place. Not even to my worst enemy. But, we all have different taste buds so maybe this may be the pizza joint for you guys.

I live only .95 mile away from this place and seen it hundreds of times but I was never drawn to it. Well last night my friend claimed it was cheap, delicious and had quick service so I, being the optimist that I am, will try anything once. We were watching the Laker game and ordered 2 large pizzas, hot wings and a small lasagna. I was promised the order would be here in 40 minutes. I only live a maximum driving distance of 5 minutes. An hour later, the kids were nagging me, I called and asked where my order was the rude man said «5 minutes, you wait,» and hung up. Fifteen minutes later I called back and he said the same thing, I told him if it wasn’t here in 5 minutes I was canceling my order his reply was, «OK, I cancel order! you don’t wanna buy from me ?! I cancel,» I hung up the phone and got ready to go to Domino’s and just pick up one ourselves. As I was walking out the delivery man was rushing up the stairs. I took the order, it was hot, the pizza was good, the wings were gross! the lasagna good. The horrible, rude service is enough to never go back and the pizza was not cheap! 2 large pizzas with two toppings for $ 20 and the wings were $ 6.99, the lasagna $ 5.99. Also, don’t except a friendly person to answer the phone, they answer the phone like this: «hello? yes?» I thought I had the wrong number at first, that should have been an indication of the service to come. Do yourself a favor and if you must order from here, pick it up and do not order the disgusting wings.

Conveniently located close to home for those days when your starving, famished and only a large pizza with the works will do. Their pineapple and ham pizza is good as well as their pepperoni, and their sausage pizzas.
Nothing negative to say about this place. Have their number on speed dial :) Thinking about calling them right now.

I really enjoy this pizza spot, I’m not crazy about pizza but when I do crave it I always go to their menu.
