The units at this storage facility are very clean, secured, and convenient. I have been using this storage facility for quite awhile now and I haven’t run into any issues and never once had a problem with rodents. The staff is friendly and efficient!

They have a very clean and convenient location with very friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend them!

RATS! RATS! RATS! BEWARE of stroing your belongings. This business is so far from a reputable place to store any items that have meaning to you. After a job offer out of state I stored my belongings for eight months only to find the majority of my belongings were ruined. All my mattresses, love seat, rocker recliners were covered with urine and feces. The rats chewed the chairs from my dining room table. So much damage and destruction. Even the worker commented on it being the worst stituation she ever saw. Knowing that there was a rat investation the manager and owners did NOT notify me or take appropriaate measures to prevent the spread of the rat infestation. The manager spread decon but did not employ a licensed pest company to assist. I DO NOT recommend this storage facility to anyone. BEWARE!!!

This is the extent this business went to to cover their butts. I did keep my belongings and I did have first hand experience.
I think it says it all to lie to Unilocal to cover up your business practices.

Removed Content: RATS! RATS! RATS! Awful moving experience. All my belonging were covered with dead rats and urine and feces. I ended up in the ER by ambulance because I became very I’ll and could not breath from the exposure of the conditions of my belonging. On top of that my electric bill was almost 300 $ because I had to wash everything I owned in the dishwasher and washer with hot water to disinfect. It took me two weeks to go through everything. Management took no blame and charged me 350 $ for leaving infested clothes and items. I also through away 12 industrial size garbage bags of ruined clothes, appliances, furniture etc. I am going to fight this as I have lost quite a bit. When I asked for help and a number to contact the owner, I was deleted. What an awful business!

EXTRA SELF STORAGE HAS BEEN OUR FIRST PICK FROM THE START ! Have you seen most of the storage’s in paradise? they are run down shady and very little security. the location and the employees are very kind and they keep the grounds clean. but the most important thing is they always remind you about payments which is very comforting because times can get rough and the last thing you want is to lose a storage IT SUCKS !

I researched most of the storages in Paradise and Magalia and I found Extra Storage to be the best priced, best security, conveniently located and management is wonderful. So helpful and extremely friendly! I would recommend Extra Storage to everyone.
