Omaha Heating & Air Conditioning

My electric bill in my 2 story home has been unbelievably high since I moved in 3 years ago. This spring I had enough and called Omaha to come in and take a look at my system. They recommended a zone system in order to maximize the work my current furnace/​AC was already doing. I honestly expected them to come in and say «oh, you need a whole new system», but that was not the case at all! They installed a whole new supply line for my basement, dampers in my duct work, added «returns» throughout my house, wireless thermostats on every level, and an air cleaner all for a third of the price of a new system!
Last year I kept my house at a balmy 78 °F on the main floor while my upstairs was easily in the 80s and my bill was around $ 180 during the hotest months. This year, I can keep whatever floor I’m at 72 °F and the highest bill I’ve gotten so far was $ 160! That sounds like a lot, but even when it is 100F+ outside, I am almost chilly in my house! I love it!
The zone system they installed, Honeywell Total Connect, also allows me to adjust the temp with my phone: D I am a very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend them!
