I have used Maid Brigade three different times and the first two times were great, however, the last cleaning was horrendous. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and they did not even bother cleaning the kitchen floor! I had had a great experience the two times before so I was not very diligent in my inspection of the cleaning the third time around. It was my husband that pointed out that places were simply left dirty. I called and left a message to have them come back and finish the job since I had already paid the full price and I never heard back. This was in addition to the maids showing up two hours late! Will not be using them again.
