As a former Barista, I’m sad to say that this location makes me super sad. I’m paying over two dollars for a few scoops of matcha in my water. Some of the folks there have been gracious and have charged me just for the matcha because water is free, but overall my experience here has been so inconsistent.

Super friendly staff and excellent service! These barista ‘s really know how to make a great cup of coffee! It’s always service with a smile! They go out of their way to make sure your coffee is exactly how you want it or they will remake it to your satisfaction! Angel is the most friendly barista there and always puts a smile on my face! She always writes a personal message for me on my cup and is very efficient! Callaway starbucks is my favorite place for coffee!

This is my favorite Starbucks ever. It’s always clean and the staff are always friendly. There was a small mishap one time. It was nobody’s fault. When I bought some coffee, a gift card was supposed to come with it. The card accidentally didn’t make it to my bag. We went right back and they gave me 2 coupons for a free coffee drink. What impressed me was when I went in there the very next day and ordered a drink. They didn’t just give me a free small drink. They gave me a free large drink. When I used the 2nd coupon the next time, got a free large drink. I love the fact that they make a true effort to give good customer service.

I come here all the time and there’s not much more to say than that, it’s starbucks coffee! It tastes amazing, but it’s expensive… I’ve never had a problem that was solved without an issue, and the drive thru is usually fast even when they’re busy.
Side note: Me and my coffee drinking friends are pretty sure that this is the best Starbucks in Panama City. :)

Nice group of people, especially Sam. Shes super friendly and easy to talk to because you can sense a genuineness about her and know she doesn’t have to fake it. They also have a drive thru which will be nice on days I dont jog here…

My service was fast and the coffee was great. The small food menu appears to be microwaved not toasted when it comes to the panini but hey its a frikken starbucks.

The way the line in this place forms is a little awkward, all the way in the back of the building, then you have to walk back to the front door to pick up your coffee (not that big of a deal) The coffee is still awesome and I will be back the next time im in this area!
