Terrible parking access… but extra friendly staff and made an excellent triple shot Carmel macchiato!

We gave this one a go and guess what? It was a pleasing experience. Say what? You read that right and I didn’t stutter. Now normally I won’t Luke a chain place and prefer mom and pop cups of Joe but for some reason I chose to wet my whistle with some suburban barista skills. Clean place, friendly people. Need more go check it out.

Clean store, friendly staff, and consistently great Starbucks food & drink! Comfortable outdoor seating. Store is easy to access; drive in and easy to get back on the road (especially with a tasty drink to enjoy on your «road trip»)!

Possibly the loudest Starbucks I’ve sat in. Do you really have to slam the thing that loud so that more coffee is dispensed into the filter? Three times? And then three more times in the hour?
Plenty of power outlets and some seats outside.
This Starbucks does NOT have a drive through.

Such a great Starbucks location! Right across from the mall yet secluded so its not too busy. Great seating both indoor and out. Plenty of room for a gathering of friends or family.
The service is fast, the baristas are so friendly, Melanie and Natalie are sweeties, and the whole place is really clean.
Orders are always correct and taste delish!
Definitely a good hangout spot.

They need to improve in their customer service because when I was asking a starbucks guy a question, he would hold his ear forward like if he did not understand me. He seemed sarcastic but why is he working at starbucks if he is not happy. Well, I hope he didnot act with my group that way because we are Latinos. The day I visited this place was Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 10PM and we were visiting Panama city Beach, Florida from Georgia.
The girl that day seemed nice but the guy sounded with his answers and expressions sarcastic. Wow! He needs retraining for customer service and to treat every person equally and STOP holding your ear forward like if you do not understand our English. Rude

So badly managed. This is the filthiest Starbucks on the planet. We even talked to the manager a couple of months ago about it. Go figure they didn’t clean up at all since then. Can’t even describe the dirt, cause I don’t have that many adjectives in my vocab. Yucko.

Can get extremely crowded but the baristas are very fast. I’ve been her dozens of times & never had a problem. As with any Starbucks it’s expensive, but oh so worth it.

Love the people. This is an everyday stop for me. Sometimes the wait is a few minutes but I’m never stuck there for long. I go between 6am and 9am usually and never have to wait in line for very long. I never have to tell them what I want anymore and usually I have a big smiley face on my cup when I leave. Staff is amazing.

I’m a big fan of Starbucks, but I went in there the other night, there was two people ahead of me at the counter and I had to stand there for about 20 minutes to get a simple cappuccino. It was made excellent, but there was no apology or explanation made for why it took so long to make my drink or why they made the person behind me’s drink before mine was ready. In my experience whenever something like that happens at Starbucks they at least offer an apology, and usually a free drink. I’ll go here again, but hope they do better next time.

Worst service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks. It was like they were just stuck and
could not get a thing accomplished. Finally left without my caffeine fix and just lived with the headache the rest of the day.

If your a Starbucks fan you’ll be right at home. Everyones friendly, the layout is good, clean and there is plenty of seating. The parking lot is a little wierd to get in and out of but if that my only complaint then were in good shape!!!
Also if you are a Starbucks rewards member or use a gift card and have a smart phone download the starbucks app and register your card to it. At check out they just scan the barcode on your phone and your all paid up!!! Very convenient.

I think Starbucks coffee is way overrated and their various sugar and cream laden coffee-​based concoctions are way expensive. 3 years ago I visited a coffee bean/​cherry processing facility in El Salvador which is a provider for Starbucks and was interested to learn that Starbucks had the lowest standards of their major export market customers: the Japanese coffee companies demanded perfection (virtually no defective beans), the major Italian coffee company Illy Café demanded a fairly low defect rate amongst the beans, and Starbucks accepted a much, much higher rate of defective beans. This processing facility actually had women on staff who watched a conveyor belt of coffee beans go by and would manually pick out the defective ones, choosing how many defects to accept based on who the customer was. the pastries are mediocre and i assume are distributed nationwide from a factory in some faroff state. that being said, this location gets an extra star (beyond the 2 I would generally think a Starbucks is worth) because the staff are quite friendly and it is one of the only places in the Panama City area where one can hang out in the evening and talk with friends or study or work on your laptop or whatever that is not a bar… the outdoor seating is kind of nice, albeit it is at a major intersection so the view is only of parking lots and cars and it is quite noisy and you are breathing exhaust. but still seems to be a popular hang out spot, perhaps because there are few options in this rather dull, uninteresting town.

This is the place which kept me out of my hotel room during my two weeks working in PC. The staff is nice, both morning and night, and it’s a great place to wind down the night and work on your laptop. Mixed crowd and a decent location on the corner of two very busy roads. They have plenty of seating, both inside and outside, in which to enjoy Starbucks’ finest.

What can i say… its a Starbucks! Love them! Its in a very convenient location, right next to the Panama City Mall. But the only downside, is it does not have a drive thru.
