I ordered the Steak and Ribs combo.
That ribs were MAGNIFICENT. They were the epitome of «fall off the bone» ribs, and the taste was awesome. Definitely the best ribs I ever had.
Only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars to me was that their steak wasn’t bad, I’ve just had better elsewhere.
I would happily come here again.

The parking lot was packed but we were seated at a booth right away. This place is very large inside. Maybe the large crowd was due to free pie Wednesday, which we didn’t realize until we sat down. We ordered the cowboy sirloin steak and chicken fried steak. The sirloin was cooked right but meat was quite dry. The chicken fried steak was good. For sides, we had sweet potato fries which would have been a lot better with some cinnamon sugar on them and southern coleslaw which was basically chopped cabbage with horse radish. Apple pie for dessert was pretty good. All in all, pretty good dinner and service was okay. It wasn’t great, but good enough to come back again.

As far as chain restaurants go, this has to be one of my favorites in Panama City. The food is out of this world, and the service is always great. The bread is like crack, honestly. When you go, make sure to get the Top Shelf Appetizer!

Great experience, three of us give this place 5 stars. The manager was friendly and made us feel important as customers. My wife and I had the salmon on cedar plank, it was great, cooked to perfection. The pie was an added bonus because it was on Wednesday and pie was free. Next time we are in Panama City we will be back.

Well. I had forgotten about this place entirely. We came here about four years ago and had an ok came. This time was great! The quality of the food was outstanding and our glasses were never empty. To further the positive experience the bill was just as much had we gone to a slop shop fat food joint. There would be 5 stars but the place can get loud and the bar patrons were running to the restroom without being asked to slow down by staff. Who almost runs over a child and doesn’t apologize?

Yum!!! Love their chicken strips on a salad. Plus free pie on Wednesday was a surprise when we visited the first time! Great customer service and hot, delicious food. You can tell this place is popular– it was very busy. We will be back!

My wife and I stopped here for lunch on Feb. 13. The host was very attentive ans sat us quickly. The waitress took our order. When the food was ready she brought it us. I have no complaints on the meal, other than it was boring and expensive. Overall just blan

Great lunch and service. Went for a quick lunch from work. Parking lot looked packed, but were sat immediately. Must have plenty of room. Fresh lemonade was indeed fresh and good. Had the soup and salad. Salad and dressing were great and fresh. Soup, tortilla chicken was awesome. Rolls were great too. Went for some key lime pie. Fresh real whipped cream and great pie. So I loved everything. Server took good care of us throughout.

This place is definitely hit or miss! They forgot our ticket and after waiting over an hour realized the problem… manager came to apologize and offered free apps for our troubles. Overall food was good!

Bad experience. Soda was flat. Loaded baked potato soup was really watery. Waitress said she didn’t think it look right at brought it out anyways. They substituted fries that came out cold. Waitress forgot everything we asked for so we had to ask for things over and over again. Usually an okay spot but I won’t be back after this experience.

Dropped in for lunch today and we were seated promptly. Waited for the waitress to come over to the table to take our drink order. By the time she showed up we were also ready to order our food. I ordered chicken strips with twisted taters and my wife ordered the Chicken Italia. So then we waited, and waited, and finally 40 minutes later our food arrived. I immediately asked for the check and to go boxes. I scarfed down 2 tenders got the to go box loaded and had to go back to work. Food was ok. It would have been nice to actually enjoy it but because our waitress was completely incompetent, I didn’t. If you want ok food and poor service try it. There are much better places to eat in Panama City. I don’t know if I want to give them another chance. Guess time will tell.

I was expecting a crowd, but they’re not as busy in the Winter as they are in the Summer. Our server, Kathleen, was outstanding, even gave is updates on the football game. The food was outstanding (Louisiana Steak, Smashed Potatoes, house salad). The two others in the group loved their food just as much. And the price is comparable to most other casual dining restaurants. The food & service set O’Charlies above the competition, and the Happy Hour drink specials are some of the best around. When I’m visiting PCB, I plan on visiting this place as often as possible!
