Thank you to the staff at Creative Gems, they ROCK! The team at Creative Gems helped me out so much. My daughter’s necklace was a mangled mess and literally chewed up. The little charm I thought was beyond repair so I took it to them hoping to see if they could at least somewhat salvage it. What I got was SO much better. They not only straightened it right up (it looked like the day she got it), they polished it and fixed the chain it came on. Thank you guys again for your hard work and my daughter and I will be back in the future for additional purchases!
