I called their service department to see if they were a warranty service for a particular new RV refrigerator, I spoke with Veronica in the service department, I was put on hold and after 10 minutes was told that they were too busy and to call back later.

Just make sure to look your RV over real good before signing the paper. I bought a RV from these guys and I have had nothing but problems with the Travel Trailer, the TT had some damage that wasn’t seen before I got home with it and wasn’t easy to get fixed. The repairs are not quality and be advised the they do use silicone sealant.
