Artistic Balloons & Flowers

Just had a hip replacement, my daughter and her family ordered flowers from this Florist to have delivered to my at St. Andrews Nursing & Rehab… the flowers arrived and they are gorgeous. The beautiful bright colors and the variety is absolutely brilliant. I have never had a more beautiful arranement then this. They are fragrant and are giving everyone who sees them a very pleasant awe they are just BEAUTIFUL. Thank you Steven, Heather Jack & Luke and Artistic Balloons & Flowers for such beautiful flowers that are cheering us all up everyday.

Ordered an arrangement online. Site was easy to use. I upgraded to the «premium» arrangement for an additional $ 24 which claimed «Premium orders contain more blooms and are designed with even higher-​quality flower varieties». This was a dozen premium roses to begin with so for the extra money, I figure they would add additional blooms or complementing flowers. The arrangement was delivered timely, however there were no extra blooms and the only thing they added was baby’s breath. Not what I thought was advertised. On top of that, the rose blooms were fully open which means they are past their peak. I called to inquire and no answer. I emailed but they never replied. Highly doubtful I would use them again. A shame as I like to use local businesses whenever possible.

Based on this first impression, I will not be «utilizing» this florist again.
I was excited by the ease of use and ordering, through their website. I made the order at 8:30 am, for same day delivery. I got a confirmation email letting me know that my order has been received and pending processing.
At 12:30 pm, I thought I’d call just to be sure that everything was on schedule. After several attempts, only to receive the busy signal each time, I thought I’d email them, inquiring about the status of my order. It is 3:23 pm now, and I have yet to receive an email back.
At 12:45 pm, I got through, only to be told, that there was no record of my order! I very calmly explained that «I made the order at 8:30 this morning, and received a confirmation email right away.» She asks where I made the order, and I told her through their website. After some ruffling around, and her asking me several questions, which I assume would help her find my missing order — she found it — saying that «it didn’t print». Okay… I inform her that it is for my co-​worker, who is leaving at 3 pm and won’t be returning for a week and half. «OH!» She exclaims, «we’ll see if we can get it out there by then…» I’m screaming in my head «WHAT???», but instead say, «thank you very much… I appreciate it…»
I call another 2 times to check on the status: 1 at 2:15 pm (told it was on the way), and again at 2:55 pm (told again it was on the way). The distance between the florist and place of delivery is about 20 minutes, WITH traffic.
At 3:20 pm, the flowers arrive… without my name on the card that comes with the flower. Fricken great! The poor girl had to walk around everywhere to try to find out who sent them. I was the last one she asked, and only because another officemate told her that she thought they were from me.
Thankfully, she was delayed, and able to receive the flowers, otherwise that would have been $ 60 down the toilet.
Don’t mess around. Just go to FTD.

I dont think this business exists. The answering machine is turned off during business hours and no one responds to email. Do not place an online order or any order with them unless you want to pay something for nothing

Finnegan used Artistic Balloons and Flowers for Valentine’s Day. While all the other florists were $ 90 for a dozen roses, they were $ 75 plus delivery charge. And Janet, the owner, was very nice to deal with and very helpful.
Finnegan is a fan and will be using them from now on!
