My Husband had fallen ill while we were vacationing in PCB. He decided to go to Urgent Care while I stayed back at the hotel with our son. Long story short, he had to go to the ER and ended up with an emergency appendectomy. This is where Jim comes in to play. I was stuck at the hotel with no car to get to the hospital… with a 1 year old. I googled for taxis with car seats but came up empty handed until I came across a previous Unilocal review about Jim having car seats for previous customers. I immediately called Jim and asked if there was anyway he could fit a trip in due to our situation. He didn’t even hesitate. He showed up to our hotel, car seat ready to go. (He even had to meet up with another driver to retrieve the car seat before coming to get us, as he did not have one in his van at the time.) He drove us in to town, 15ish miles away. He was a lifesaver for us, as I really had no idea how I was going to get to the hospital with a 1 year old in tow. We had great conversation on the trip there and Jim couldn’t have been anymore nice, helpful and considerate. Thank you Jim for helping us out in a very stressful situation!

Jim is fantastic! He picked us up in Rosemary Beach and took us to the airport. I called the night before we left (late) and he was able to get us booked for the next day. He even called me back to ask if we would like car seats for my 2 children (5 and 3). He arrived early, and had the car seats ready to go. He also accepts Square, which is incredibly handy! Highly recommend!
