Chef Alex is the real deal! He made an amazing meal for my family that I will never forget. We vacationed in Rosemary for my daughters 4^th birthday. We had plans to take pictures on the beach and I needed someone to prepare a meal while we were gone and have it ready upon our return. At the last minute I asked him to feed my kiddos first (they ate pizza) so us adults could eat when we return. It was no trouble at all and he did a great job adjusting to my last minute request. He accommodated my sons peanut allergy also. In addition to the crème brûlée he made for dessert we asked for a birthday cake and he so kindly picked that up for us at the grocery store. He went above and beyond. The meal he prepared was amazing! We had a 4 course meal — salad, scallops, grouper and crème brûlée. The meal absolutely exceeded my expectations! We ate family style and enjoyed every bit of the meal. It was also very nice knowing I had no clean to do. I really cannot say enough great things about the experience. The food was delicious!!!
