We were referred to Kym last year when we made a big move from Ohio to the Bay Area. She helped us more than I could probably ever put into words here, but here it goes: Being new to the area and knowing nothing about the plethora of towns/neighborhoods, Kym was invaluable with her knowledge of the peninsula! She worked with us to show us many different neighborhoods that she thought would be good for us, while keeping our work commute in mind. She opened us up to many areas we had not even known of, and probably never would have seen if it was not for her experience. I’m beyond thankful to have had such a great realtor, because we found the perfect home in Redwood City! We would recommend Kym to anyone looking for a home. Her expertise, eagerness to find the perfect home and her amazing personality make Kym a joy to work with. We’re definitely a client for as long as we’re in the area.

I’ve worked with Triumph & Katrina on a professional level and she is simply a cut above. She knows her stuff and is top notch when it comes to service. It’s a breath of fresh air after so many years of every tom, dick & harry chasing a quick buck in real estate. Katrina is old-school, in a good way. She gets the job done without excuses or compromise.

My friend recommended this company when looking for a person to help me buy a place. Katrina, owner of this company, told me that she would like to work with me after an interview. I have already written reviews at other places, but I can certainly expand here. Her extensive knowledge on real estate and apartment management has helped me understand the market and match what I need and what other people would want when eventually selling the place. Her infectious wittiness and a demeanor that backed up her reliability to put her clients first have helped me keep the momentum on buying the place. One time I researched individually for the safety around the area, and saw the safety data to be below my expectation. Agitated, I called her to get the second opinion. So she interviewed potential neighbors extensively but friendly for me to understand the area. She also interviewed a sales clerk at a coffee stand nearby if that clerk has encountered any weird individual while working. Yeah, that question does not necessarily tell me whether that area would be safe or not, but at least the fact that young girls were working in a parking lot and that the tale she told us was rather humorous than scary made me understand that the neighborhood would be relatively safe. During stress process of paperwork, she has encouraged me numerous time to fill out appropriate information on time. Even now that I have the condo, she is willing to support my progress through introducing her connections and giving me tips on home improvement. Overall, she made the purchase process as smoothly as possible. I am fortunate to be acquainted with her, and heartily recommend her service(sell, buy or even rent a place).
