Clogged bathtub on a Saturday, this company was Unilocal’s 1^st recommendation. The answering service took my name, number and address and told me I would be called back within 20 mins. After an hour with no contact, I called back. I was then transferred to ‘Kevin’, whom upon hearing where I live (coast), scoffed and told me, «We’re in the peninsula. We don’t come out there!» I asked why the answering service didn’t tell me this and why he didn’t call within 20 minutes and he said, «Good luck with your issue.» And hung up on me. No apology.
I waited over an hour for horrible service, a bad attitude, and my tub is still clogged. Not impressed.

Keith was great. Arrived exactly on time (middle of the night) for an emergency fix of a broken outdoor pipe that was gushing water. Quick work and a recommendation for next steps to avoid a repeat situation. Very professional and courteous. Thanks, Keith!
