McDonald’s

Tried the fish sandwich… ½ inch of tarter sauce, plus a piece of cheese that was ½ outside the bun… total mess. Took it back. The replacement had a «postage stamp» of cheese… Took it back. The 2^nd replacement was a ¼ pounder. Left over pieces of onion ½ off the bun + one pickle off the sandwich… One sliver of the end of a pickle loose in the carton… And the cheese ½ off the burger… How hard can it b to put thing ON the burgers guys ??? I have a picture of this mess, i hope Unilocal adds it for all to see… SLOPPY !

Edith & the staff are so helpful. Best Mickey D’s ever. She went around asking guests if the food was «to their liking».

I still stop in from time to time and have noted a great improvement in customer service, length of wait to order, and can usually get my $ 1 ice cream cone in under 3 minutes. Great job :)

There’s something about holding a McDonalds ice cream cone that gets you all nostalgic about your childhood. Sure, it might be disgusting in liquified shelf stable form, but I do love me a McDonalds cone! I just wish it was still $ 0.99 and not a $ 1.09. Also the ice cream artist who swirled my cone did an interesting job. It was like the leaning tower of ice cream! I title the piece (in photos) «The Sideways Swirl».
This McDonalds is small but albeit classy! We are in the beginning of March and they already have their green St Patrick’s Day décor up. There were green streamers hung about the lamp shades and shamrock decorations all over. The walls have wood paneling all over too. Soops classy! Pinkies up!
I haven’t experienced this sauce stingeyness that people complain about… Whenever I get my Nuggets here they always gift me with at least two sauces. Can’t complain about that, this ain’t no Chick Fil A people!
I appreciate a McDonalds that is clean and well manicured, amen to that!

never come here !!! this place is pathetic. the customer service is horrible. the managers are rude. the fat women manager (in one of the pictures below) is rude and has no manners and had the nerve to argue with me over sauce while she had a busy line out the door. the other fagget manager with a cap on his tooth is rude as hell too got a bunch of kids working in here and don’t even know what there doing. the piggy said she couldn’t give a customer his drink because she was only serving food !! never come here in life save your money and go to jack in the box or a different mcdonald’s. zero fucking stars i had to put one or i couldn’t post but this deserve not one fucking star

The prices are higher here compared to other McD locations! The difference is no more than a dollar, but I hate there is even such a difference :/

customer service here is horrible! I understand they speak their own language to each other but it’s just not professional at all this people working here need to learn how to have manner, being polite and giving a good customer! he was Taking order his co– worker first even though he saw me I was there first before her,! and when he was taking my order he talked to her how they like new manager or not??? he asked my order 3 times because he was too busy talked to her.
I wish they care enough how giving a good service, but I guess they don’t care!

I’m sure this is pointless. Because i wouldnt check Unilocal on a place like this before coming in. But the service here is terrible. 2 people came in to clock in and use the register and no one even noticed the 6 people in line waiting to order. 2 people in line left after waiting 4 minutes.
Then maya popped out from the cuts and started taking orders. When my turn came i ordered my sandwich. She asked which meal. i said no meal just the sandwich. And she asked 2 times more like i was an idiot. And asked #7 or #8 I just said again i only wanted a sandwich and the sandwich in the #6 section anyway, after 3 times of this back and forth she got it and i saw her erase the meal and add a sandwich only. She seamed pissed off. She gave me my total, and i asked for another sandwich and she was more pissed, like i should have only got one thing. She didnt repeat my order, she didnt say thank you. She didnt even say anything when my payment went through she just handed me my receipt and said next.
I got my food. And it was wrong but the line was so long i just delt with it. As im sitting here eating and watching she left again and let the line run long. Also saw a couple people return their orders because they were wrong and heard the people in the back tell her she rang them in wrong. And now im hearing her as she’s letting the long grow long again asking if she can clock out and go home. Her back to the customers waiting.
Someone new is now taking the line as she loudly complains. Shes leaving now to the back.
I work in service. I have for years. This was terrible. Thats why I am even calling the worker out by name. The only reason this is not a 0 star is because i cant do it. And not a 1 because of paulina.
Paulina is the person who is putting the meals in the bags and calling up the numbers at the end. She is a machine! Shes quick and efficient she is fast and gets her job done very well. The whole time im watching shes been killin it at her job. If this was based on her and her job performance id give her a 5 star.
Sadly the grumpy faced Maya is who you see and leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

This McDonald’s is legit. It’s kind of small, but the price and service is amazing. They have the cheapest fries. One time I ordered the medium drink during Monopoly season, I got a large drink instead, so I asked them about it. Without thinking twice, they just gave me a medium cup for the Monopoly stickers.

It’s typical mickey ds but problem is when they get busy, they slow down, and still make mistakes. Always people get the wrong bag, or not what they ordered, or just the wrong things entirely. When it’s slow. they are fine. .when it’s busy, it’s like Russian roulette with burgers lol

Horrible customer service. I was helped by a girl names Mya and she gave me the wrong change. She made me wait for two customers and said I needed to be patient (for a mistake she made) before she give me my correct change back
This is exactly why I usually opt for Habit Burger or in and out. I wish they had one in the shopping center.

Great customer service! This is, by far, my favorite McDonald’s they always get my order right, they’re attentive, and prompt. All you could ask for from a fast food chain really, plus their bathrooms are usually pretty clean and since the pretzel place opened next door they also sell pretzels a bit cheaper.
I go for a diet sweet tea and a large fry every time!

The cashier is so impolite! I asked her just 2,3 times about my question and she did not even answer it anymore! And when I get my coffee, I ask her for the stir. she did not even look at me and pretend she did not hear it! I was so angry, will never come again!

This is really a HORRIBLE place to get a meal period, the service is god awful for junk food. Staff is rude and LAZY. AVOID.

Would’ve been 3 stars if not for that incessant beeping that’s driving me crazy! Sounds like it’s some device from the kitchen that nobody is bothering to turn off. Everything else is standard McD’s. Small and clean with limited inside seating and some outside.

One of the worst locations I have ever been to! So flipping disorganized. Staff was so all over the place, unprofessional and rude, disorganized, falling all over themselves, didn’t know what the hell they were doing, and were as slow as molasses. I was not happy. Ordered a simple mighty kids meal and a ice cream and it was like rocket science. It was a hot mess in there. This location needs some major help. We will avoid this location in the future.

The worker’s made a mistake on my drink, Twice. Other than that it was an average experience at any McDonald’s. The place is tiny to, so it can get pretty crowded there.

Clean is about all this McDonald’s has going for it. It’s cramped, very loud even with only a couple people in it, and they messed up my order. In all the years I’ve been killing myself with cheeseburgers from McDonald’s, never once has my order gone this wrong.
So I go to this McDonald’s, hearing it was the «nice» one. As I’m ordering, I feel like I’m screaming across the counter over several different beeps, bumps, and clangs coming from the kitchen. I’m asked to repeat my order more than once, as though he’s taking down my order as a waiter instead of entering it into the computer in real time.
«CHEESEBURGER, PICKLES ONLY»
«So you don’t want pickles?»
«I WANT pickles.»
«But nothing else?»
«Only pickles. I want a cheeseburger with pickles.»
«Cheese burger, pickle only.»
«Yes.»
And what do I get? A limp, cheeseless hamburger with two pickle slices smaller than a quarter on it. Thanks «nice» McDonalds. It’s not like I went here because I was starving or anything.

I am revising my review to say that this is a VERY CHEAP McDonald’s when it comes to handing out sauce for the Chicken McNuggets. This is the first one I recall (at least in a long time) that will deny you a second sauce for a six-​piece order. Other locations don’t gave problems giving out another one when asked. I found myself having to conserve in the sauce dipping just because of that and the chicken didn’t taste as good as a result.
I was planning to downgrade by one star but cone to think of it that’s too generous compared to their cheapness (especially for being in a supposedly rich city like Palo Alto). Therefore a one-​star rating they’ve earned themselves.

Wow, who would have thought Stanford shopping center would have a Mcdonalds? Anyways, yea, out of all the places to eat here, my best friend picks Mcdonalds.
This place has a freaking sliding door for an entrance. We came in and ordered and the guy who was helping us seemed to be super stressed out. We paid and we waited for our food. He was yelling out an order that seemed to be like ours but it was missing a couple of things so my best friend went up to check if it was ours. She decided to take it back to our table and check if it was ours and then all of a sudden, the guy starts yelling at us! He started telling us off and saying that we didn’t order here and that this order wasn’t ours. My best friend was so shocked because it seemed like the whole restaurant just stopped what they were doing and were watching us instead. LOL, but it did turn out to be our order but he forgot to charge us for some of the items. He admitted that it was his fault and gave us free fries. WOW, craziness at Mcdonalds.
