Hanna is a pastry chef who graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. I just tried Hanna’s Gluten-Dairy-Soy Free Carrot Cake, and it was amazing! Moist, light, sweet, but not too sweet, natural goodness. I would not have guessed that the cake was gluten free, or dairy free, or soy free. Cakes are made to order in advance in the chef’s own home, so plan ahead and place an order with adequate time to pick it up from Hanna, or buy her products at Mariposa Bakery. This was my first order, but it will definitely be the first of many.
