Half soup and half turkey pesto. Clam chowder was very watery and clams were not cleaned. If the turkey didn’t feel like I was biting into an ice cube, it wouldn’t be that bad. If I had to be at Stanford Medical, I would come back.

But down on a rock in my soup. First and last time I’ll get soup here. My previous reviews are still valid for coffee and such but biting down on a sharp rock will force me to be a bit reluctant in the future.

So far, best coffee I have found near the Stanford Medical Center. The cancer center is hard to find right now because of all of the construction, but there is a shuttle from the main entrance of the hospital (the fountain entrance) to the entrance of the cancer center. Their pastries also look delicious and there are other snacks as well, which I will be back to try out. There are a few tables outside of the small café part, which are in the atrium of the cancer center, near the back entrance. They take credit cards and are open M-​F from 7 to 3:30pm.
