I had my wedding earlier this year catered by Francine and it was amazing! Francine and Stephanie were so helpful through the whole process. I must have changed my mind a million times on food and they were so nice and accommodating to it. Now the food, oh man, words cannot describe how tasty their food is. For the initial tasting we had the paella that is to die for and I seriously dream about the quesadilla cornucopias and the jumbo coconut shrimp appetizers. I never really liked coconut until I tried those shrimp. Sooooo good! Everyone was talking about how tasty their meals were. Aside from food, the service was really great. My guest told me about how during cocktail hour the trays of food were constantly passing by. I loved that. The whole experience with «we’re having a party» was really great and I can’t stress enough how super nice and professional Francine and Stephanie were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great catering service with amazing food.

Francine catered our daughter’s recent wedding held at Fairchild Tropical Garden. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice of caterers.
She was graceful and professional. She was kind and helpful, as was Stephanie.
Everything had been set up perfectly by the time we arrived.
And did I mention the food? It was fabulous! Guests cleaned their plates and I won’t mention names, but I saw a few people head straight back for seconds! Everyone mentioned how great the food was.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience and should I need a caterer again, I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting Francine. I highly recommend her.
