Complete eyelashes nightmare! Beware owner/​so-​called eyelashes technician, Angelina, is NOT CERTIFIED OR TRAINED as she claims. After a painful experience that left me with only three standing eyelashes after less than 12 hours later the owner refused to refund my money, also dropped glue into my eye, got strands of cotton in my eye while trying to get the glue out. I called Nova lash and come to find out she has had no training and is not certified. I could go on about the other CRAZY things this woman did to my eyes, I have also seen other bad reviews on other sites about eyelash issues from this spa. Beware! $ 200 down the drain, I’m just thankful there was no permanent damage to my eyes. Oh and also, her $ 20 make up stick is dry and makes your face look like you have cakes on playdough, don’t let her con you into buying it like she did me!

Seriously best facial ever. The shoulder massage that’s added to the signature facial is totally worth it. Can’t wait to go back.
