Little Caesars Pizza

Now $ 5.55 hot and never ready. 30 min wait this time. And they were closed at 10. What pizza place is closed at 10 on w Friday night?

Isn’t there motto Hot-​N ready ??? Well it isn’t! worst service ever. I have to give it a one star cause I have to or else i wouldn’t give them anything!

I usually order and wait for my pizza. However, today I simply had no time and took the pizza they handed… Ordered the Hot and Ready pepperoni pizza and drove home as usual. Upon, opening the pizza box, it looked dry. Anyway, I commenced to giving out the slices to 3 hungry boys. They took a couple bites and complained that the cheese was hard. In fact the pizza in my opinion was lukewarm, cheese was hard and the pizza taste like it was sitting under a hot lamp for hours. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever bought from there. Granite the pizzas only $ 5 and change so I’m not really complaining none the less when you have three hungry boys and they don’t even like it there’s a problem.
So I called the store and spoke to the manager and she informed me that she tries to change the pizza out every 30 minutes. The manager even suggested for me to bring the pizza back so she can exchange it out for another one. First off I’m not working with a lot of time in my day to drive back and forth for $ 5 pizza with 3 little boys. Secondly why waste gas because in the long run the pizza of would cost more than $ 5 just because gas alone… now I’m stuck making macaroni and cheese, broccoli and fish sticks for the boys

This location is bad nothing is ever «hot and ready» when you get there upper management really needs to stop by and solve this issue

Pizza and prices are always good but the staff are… kinda stupid… I hate to say. I assume they are all around high school kid age since that is the way they look/​act. My sister was charged for 10 ranches when they had no ranch (you’d think they would tell her that as she was ordering) and those things are like 50 cents each! When it was time to pick up they let us know and then offered us two marinara sauces when one was supposed to be included anyway cuz we got bread sticks so it was not equal to what she paid. They really need to hire and train better cuz this just aint cuttin it.

Horrible pizza here always burnt and over sauced sucks there all teenagers that work there and seem there more interested in talking then making the pizza sucks! They need to look into this or get a supervisor or something cause the pizza here SUCKS!!!

They advertise «Hot n Ready» but they never have anything ready. I give up on this place. I’ll take my business elsewhere

The girls here are extremely rude Hot & ready isn’t hot & ready Every time I come here I have to wait for the pizza at times 10 minutes others 20 minutes Definitely not what’s advertised Then I have to put up with the rolling of the eyes the huffing & puffing LOL shouldn’t it be me that’s bothered when the pizza takes so long

Waited over 25 minutes for crazy bread n sauce. when I finally got the bread I had to wait another 5 minutes to get the sauce that they forgot. They were polite but not very organized

Service is always good, & the wait depends on the people traffic, it’s fast cheap & great when looking to feed the family with under $ 12 bucks

This place is great, for them to always be busy and staying on top of things is pretty great if you ask me. Friendly service and always worth the wait if any. Managers are very polite and responsive to all needs, as well as cashiers. :)

My mom and brother went to the Little Caesars on 47^th by the Vallarta and waited 25 minutes for 2 pizzas and wings and when they got home they complained that the workers there were messing around and when they put the pizza in the box they even said, «oh wow.» Then, they didn’t know why they said that, but when they got home and opened the box, part of the pizza had no cheese on it and when we tried to grab a piece of pizza, half of it was was sticking to the box AND it wasn’t even cut! I called and asked to speak to a manager, but they had manager available which was around 10pm. They said the next time a manager would be available would be two days later, which is ridiculous. We are very upset with how these employees were working and that we had to pay for pizza that stuck to a box and wouldn’t come apart. What do you expect? For us to eat the box too? This is not acceptable! I spoke to Antonio. If I could give this place no stars, I would.

They never have cheese pizza hot and ready. It’s always 15 – 20 min wait. Ridiculous. Why not have them ready just like pepperoni. Don’t advertise hot and ready when I have to wait all the time. Have them ready to go. So sick of this.

Good pizza better prices! I have a large family so cheap and quick are very important. We always go to little ceasers
If we all can’t make up our mind and we are on a tight budget. Hot and readys are great and come in pepperoni, sausage, and cheese. I haven’t tried the deep dish, but hope to soon.

I always call ahead because there’s always a long wait. I continue to go to this location as it’s the only one around.
Try not to go on a Sunday or holiday, it’s twice as bad. I’m sure there service will get better when another one opens close by.

Teens running the place. 30 minute wait for a hot-​n-​ready. No more. Gezziny pizza across the street for me.

Love the pizza and breadsticks but I called in my order and when I got there no one knew what happened to it. I had to wait while they (re)made it. Frustrating when I just wanted to grab it and go after a long day at work.
