Pizza Hut

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. After receiving truly abysmal service last September, I decided I was DONE with this Pizza Hut. However, after a few months went by, my son really wanted Pizza Hut so I decided to give the location another try. BIG MISTAKE!!! As I was waiting at the location with my son for his pizza, there was a group of boys also waiting. One of the boys tried to take my son’s handheld video game from him. My son resisted and the group of boys began picking on my son and making fun of him. I commented on this to the manager, who DID NOTHING!!! She said those boys were waiting for their pizza, too, and refused to do anything (there didn’t seem to be a responsible adult anywhere in sight). She didn’t even apologize. Meanwhile, I am trying to keep my son calm and ignore the boys. My son happens to have special needs. The boys made the jeer, «Somebody forgot to take their medicine this morning.» Utterly unacceptable! I’m appalled that the management at Pizza Hut didn’t lift a finger to try to calm the situation. I can’t believe the complete disregard Pizza Hut has for its customers. I want this manager spoken to and I want an apology both to my son and to me. I tried calling the customer service number at Pizza Hut’s website repeatedly, but there was always just a fast busy signal and I couldn’t get through. The manager at this store should be ashamed of herself, as should those boys who got their entertainment from picking on my son.
UPDATE: I contacted Pizza Hut via their Facebook page and received a response within minutes. From there I received emails from Pizza Hut Customer Service and from the District Manager from my local area. The district manager then called me a couple of days later. At every contact, Pizza Hut apologized. The district manager said she would make sure all the employees in her district were properly trained on Pizza Hut’s non-​harassment policy and given tools to deal with situations like these. The district manager gave me a $ 10 credit to use at that location. I’m not super thrilled with that since I have no desire to go back to that location.

Sveral table had several huge dried up beverage stains. 5 tables had waste from previous patrons. Staff wandered to the dining room meeting friends getting their homie venacular ignoring the condition of their dining room. My only entire concern was of their disregard for cleanliness of their dining could’ve been a reflection of the cleanliness of their kitchen.
The staff was definitely loud with demonstrated luttle to no regard to costumer service.
The food was delivered as if we didn’t exist at the table. I had to get up and get plates and utensils and our drinks. I found my dining experience nauseating. I will not be coming nor will I calling to get delivery from this location.

Worse service ever! I called for pickup order of bread sticks with 2 marinara sauce. I get there 20min later & the place is packed with people waiting for pick up. All the employees were in the back running around like chickens with head cut off. No one acknowledged me until 10min later. My breadsticks were ready but cashier said they were out of marinara sauce. Why not tell me this over the phone? I left the breadsticks there & walked out. Never going back to this unprofessional place again.

This place is pathetic it’s always slow they never pick up the phone you hear people goofing around
Pizza Hut at this place give Pizza Hut in general a bad reputation the pizza comes always frozen like its from hot pockets material the chicken from the chicken Alfredo was so gummy it was a waste of a real chicken I wish I had 4thumbs so I can give this place 4 thumbs down f***k this place I called an they hung up on me ask I was trying to have a conversation an talk about the elements in which the pizza I was trying to get purchase but NO!! she admittedly clicked on me like this is your career to make pizzas a know what people are eating an putting in there body. I know it pizza but come on know your facts.

So I usually buy nothing but Pizza Hut when it comes to my Pizza have ordered from this one numerous of times since I’ve been living in the same spot for 11 years never have I had pizza from this pizza hut that was so disgusting my pizza wasn’t cut right every time you try to take a piece of Pizza the whole topping would pull off not just one pizza but both pizzas was cut wrong it was dry and the meatballs on them was dry and tasteless not to mention the hot wings was dry and taste like fried chicken with a little hot sauce on it I call to complain I get put on hold for ten minutes to have the employee come back on the phone to tell me her manager said they could give me a $ 10 credit really and I spent $ 23.41 for food that was not enjoyable at all sorry but not sorry pizza hut but you will not be getting anymore of my business and I advise anyone to try dominos I had to reorder there and they food was awesome

We ordered our pizzas online. It was easy to see what was on special and the website was simple and easy to navigate and custom make our pizzas. We like the idea of paying when we pick up vs. paying online. We especially were impressed that the pizzas were ready when we arrived and we were greeted by a very respectful and professional young man named Brian. We would go to this store again just to be waited on by Brian. He is an asset and a pleasure and a very good representative for Pizza Hut. The pizzas were just as we ordered and tasty. It was 10:00 pm and I was concerned that there would be a lack of dedication in making our pizzas at this late hour, but the service was the best we’ve had at Pizza Hut. I think Brian made the difference here.

I had never gotten pizza from Pizza Hut. Based on the commercial for cheesy-​bites crust, we decided to try them. I will never buy pizza from them again. The pizza was way below standard. I would have been better off with Little Caesar’s — and that is like saying I would be better off driving a Pinto rather than a BMW. Besides costing more than any other place where I have ever ordered pizza, the taste was horrible. I tried to max out a $ 100 Visa gift card on which I had just spent $ 98.01 at Walmart ($ 1.99 left, right?) and they only would honor $ 1 of it. They told me the order would be up in 15 minutes. We waited 27 minutes for the pizza to be ready. One of my pizzas had pineapple on it. A few of the pieces had sufficient pineapple on them but I would not be lying to say that half of the pieces only had one or two pieces of pineapple on it — like they threw on the allotted amount, not caring where it landed. It was the same for the pepperoni on one of the other pizzas. The cheesy-​bite crust was a joke. In the commercial it is dripping with gooey cheese. It was hard to even FIND the cheese in the crust on ours. All in all, it was a horrible experience!

Only reason I didn’t give them 1 star it’s cuz the food was really good but the service was garbage.

I ordered my pizza @ 11:07 PM. I clearly said delivery! Guy on the phone double checked address from the computer. An hour later no pizza. I call and ask where my pizza is and the smart ass says he cancelled it he’s closed now and I’m not getting any food or service tonight. I asked where my pizza went and he hung up on me. I’m calling the district manager in the morning. This A-​hole needs to be fired!!!

My food is always ready in about 15 minutes and it’s great. Me and my husband love getting stuffed crust and wings. This location does the job. Not to bad to sit down and eat either.

Extremely disappointed!!! To start, the restrooms were dirty. The pizza arrived 30 minutes late and they forgot to bring our wings and plates. Not only that, but they gave us the wrong wings. Ridiculous!!!

By far the worst experience ever. Ordered pizza at 8:30pm. I also had a coupon for free bread sticks. They confirmed the order and the address and said it would take 30 mins. Cool…45 mins later they call me and tell me where is it that you live exactly… and why could you not call earlier… okay we got the pizza… cold…not that good really, it was the pizza with the three cheese in the crust. Where my bread sticks at?! Oh they forgot it… so the driver made a comment that i should have adopted rather than purchased… no one asked you… and second he took my money and my coupon and told me he would be back in five with my bread sticks… okay thanks! 35 mins late no show. I called the store and asked them what happen, the supervisor said we are sending out the bread sticks, 45 mins later we call and cancel the order it was 10:20 by this time… will i give them a second chance… NEVER! and they stole my coupon!

The delivery is by far the fastest in town. I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut and this location is no exception. My only complaint is that they ask for a credit card when they arrive even though I have already paid. Why? No other pizza place in town takes that approach.
