We needed to make a sudden stop at Payless for a last minute in need of socks, and shoes. I like to acknowledge Good Customer Service and we came across a young lady I believe her name was Monica, she went out of her way to make sure we chose to right shoe that was needed at that time, she made sure my granddaughter shoe size was correctly measured and of course if the size or shoe wasn’t available she call to another store to see if they had the shoe at another location. Without us asking Ms. Monica went out of her way to make sure we as customers were going to be Happy and Satisfied and she did a Great Job! Ever rush to a retail store and make it a few minutes before they close only to find that they, «closed the register a few minutes early?» Yup, happened to us here tonight. I often find that this kind of attitude extends to other aspects of sales. Consider avoiding.
