Waiting 10 minutes with one person ahead of me is bad. Once I was waited on — telling me it will be 15 minutes to get a pizza advertised as «hot and ready» is unacceptable.

hot n ready was not hot n ready, i waited for wings n a pizza for 20 min. the worst part of it was all the customers coming back to get there order right. Slow, rude, one of the girls rolled her eyes at me cause i asked her how much longer. i came home and the pizza was not sliced. WTF !

Pizza is better quality than other Little Caesar’s restaurants in the area and could have a higher rating, but rarely are their pizzas ready to go. The staff works hard, but they need more help. Expect a line out the door on Friday and Saturday nights. If you are willing to wait, this is the best Little Caesar’s in the AV.

Pizza is pretty good and way cheaper than the others but man O man is the staff bad, ordered 2 pizzas was told it would be 10 mins came back like 20 mins later and she had never bothered to make the pizzas LAME

Pizza is great! Service is horrible. If it wasn’t the only one near the house I’d never come here. I wish the owner or perhaps corporate would get on Unilocal to read the reviews. Everyone here seems like they hate their job and because they do they want you to hate your experience here. Good thing your the only Little Caesars on the west side or you’d go out of business!

Terrible service! Michael (horrible manager) argues and does NOT know how deal with the public. Needs to work in a closet away from people. Pizza was dry and needed more cheese. Pizza was NOT replaced because it was short a couple slices for exchange. Better off with Domino’s.
