Every time I go in to this particular Starbucks, I don’t get a greeting, I don’t get a smile, I don’t get it eye contact, I have a very simple drink some people can perceive it as annoying, but I always get a judgmental condescending, sarcastic disinterested, attitude from this piss poor crew. Eye rolling, from the employees is extremely commonplace sarcasm is common, insincerity is common here. long obvious sighs of exasperation IS common. I hope some of the employees read this, because if you don’t like your job here or you’re this nasty to the general public, you shouldn’t work here and put that on hard-​working honest people that come in expecting the Starbucks experience. PEOPLE BE WHERE IT’S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN HERE
It’s so easy for you mean and nasty employees to forget that it’s US, The customers, you know the ones you’re so disrespectful to, coming in with our money and buying our drinks that allows that money to go to the Starbucks Company, that allows them to cut YOU a paycheck, that in turn allows YOU to pay your rent and get gas and buy things you want. SO PLEASE STOP HURTING PEOPLES FEELINGS THIS WHOLE STORE IS IN DESPERATE HORRIBLE NEED OF AN EXTREME ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. EVERY BODY IF YOU WANT AN AMAZING AWESOME CRAZY EXTRA MILE AWESOME STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE GO UP TO THE CORNER OF PALM CANYON DRIVE IN DOWNTOWN PALM SPRINGS, THEY WILL BLOW YOU OUT OF THE WATER WITH THEIR KINDNESS AND LOVING ATTITUDE THE MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES AT THAT LOCATION KNOW HOW TO GIVE YOU A BLOW YOU OUT OF THE WATER EXPERIENCE. Believe me if you visit that location in downtown Palm Springs You will understand at that point the Pride and reputation on which Starbucks was built. It feels like the first location in pikes Place market where I grew up. Save yourself sore disappointment and do not go here. The crew there does not deserve you or your money they do not appreciate you! They di not want you in their store they will treat you poorly they will roll their eyes at you they will not say thank you they will not say you’re welcome! They will not be friendly and the more polite you are, the more disrespectful they are to you. Go back up to Palm Canyon Drive:

and get treated like royalty, like a first class citizen, and get treated like a person who is appreciated that they are coming in there and spending their money, get smiles get thank you’s get eye Contact get employees that are super sweet to you! Have one of the most amazing experiences you’ll ever have at the other Starbucks:

Definitely one of my favorite starbucks in the valley. Always a fun team. I asked Melinda to start my drink because I was behind an indecisive customer in line. She blew my mind with great service. Thanks everyone here for always having positive energy and great service

Quick Notes: This is a franchise with hortible serice and its not visually appealing with homeless everywhere. I suggest you get coffee and a treat at the location at Sunrise and Ramon, it’s only a 5 minute drive from this one.
