My wife and I have been in Palm Springs for 5 days. We always get massages while on vacation. Our resort recommended Revive to us, and I have gotten (2) 90 minute massages. Wow — world class! I’ve had many massages in my 58 years, I know a good massage when I get one and this was a great massage! A special shout out to Karen who was my masseuse. If you get a massage here, I recommend Karen. Do it! You will be very happy. She knows what she’s doing and her technique is excellent!

Revive is a very nice spa. I have been to many but, Revive is one of the nicest. I visited Revive last Friday 10÷9÷2015. The staff was warm and friendly and welcomed my partner and I by offering us something cold to drink. The Frozen Lemonade was refreshing and tasty.
The spa was very clean. We both had appointments for 80 Minute Hot Stone Massages. My massage Therapist was named Karen Young. I cannot say enough about her technique. When she spoke, her tone was calming. Her hands were strong and firm and she kneaded my tired, battered body back to wellness. Karen was extremely knowledgeable and knew just where to lay the stones and massage to heal all of my issues. I cannot wait to visit REVIVE again. Both my partner and I have agreed it is well worth the extra 30 minute drive to Palm Springs, rather than visiting a closer spa we have frequented over the last 4 years. Looking forward to spending our New Years Eve in Palm Springs and a few hours at Revive. Awesome experience! See you soon Karen! Thanks! You’re the best!!!

Had an awesome pedicure from Coy! My feet are like brand new. Staff is very warm and friendly… I will be back!

Had my first facial and pedicure by a MAN! His name was Coy he had huge strong hands that felt like nothing I have ever experienced. You have got to try him his is unbelievable! Revive is friendly and clean, I felt completely at home.

I had an AMAZING time at Revive Salon while on my honeymoon. I had a fantastic facial with Christina (who also did a great eyebrow wax) and Natalie who got a tough knot on my right upper back. My favorite part of my experience was getting my hair colored for the 1^st time in my life with LILY. She did an amazing job and now I feel 5 years younger. My hair had been lightened by the sun, and I had about 10 gray hairs. I’m happy to say that now my hair is all one color — rich deep brown as well as a glossy finish. Thanks everyone at Revive! Even the staff was helpful, sincere, and patient and gracious to have me as their client.

Amazing spa and hair day and would recommend to anyone. The only issue was the construction going on next door.

I highly recommend them! They came to my room at the Westin for a couples massage for my GF and I. They both were outstanding, friendly, professional and on time. The Westin wanted to add an additional charge of $ 120 just come to our room. Revive was a better option! I’m glad i chose them!

Wow talk about a true disappointment, I came in with my daughter and her 2 friends we were celebrating a pre wedding and 2 birthdays, It was a special day, I called about 2 weeks ahead for 3 massages and 3 pedis after the girl I talked to put me on hold and then set up the appt, 2 days later another women called me back and said no time for pedis she was extremely rude, we finally made it in to the Spa to be greeted by at least 6 people behind the front desk just looking at us like we were late, the tall brunette which were then told was the manager Christy was so rude she said we were late! yes in a very unprofessional tone, at that point we should have walked out, we also told them we had popcakes to bring for the girls, well they didn’t like that and we felt rushed, the massages we’re not great, the place was very dirty and what a rip off, when we were paying 1 of the girls asked how was everything and we didn’t wanna say because there was other people in the spa, as a business owner myself I would never complain, the brunette manager came around to the front desk and started arguing with my daughter about the massage and the price and then told me she gave me a free service then we heard her saying they don’t know how to do the service! wow, the only nice girl I think her name was Cindy, but the manager was rough around the edges.

I highly recommend this salon. I live in O.C. but whenever I am in town I call Angela and she somehow fits me in. I have mostly curly hair with a few straight patches. She cuts it dry so that all of the curls and layers fall perfectly. I know a bunch of people (ranging in age from 5 – 75) that live out in the desert who go to Angela for cut and color too. Straight, curly, long, short, male, female, thick, thin, fine, blonde, brunet, etc. Angela makes it all look good. My daughter begs to have Angela cut her hair. The salon has a frozen lemonade machine that she loves. I’ve also gone to Angela for waxing. I love the product she uses. The wax doesn’t hurt at all. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. Oh yeah, I’ve also gotten a pedicure a few times and the cute brunette (sorry can’t remember her name!) does a great job and price is the same as other nail places.

Shonda is the lady who administers Botox, Fillers and all else needed. She does a great job and is totally knowledgeable. I have gotten used to a Dr. in Newport performing this procedure, so I was very hesitant at first, but for no reason as it turned out.
I have seen Shonda twice, the only regret I have is that she probably uses very little of the actual amount, since my little wrinkles do return after 2 ½ months time!!! Yikes!
Otherwise she is a doll! I will voice my concerns next time I return…

I was in town and felt like a massage so I went and looked for a place near me. i called and made an appointment for two. when I got there the place was under construction so I had a hard time finding someone who worked there when I finally came across one of the girls that worked there she had no clue at what was going on. she took us back down stairs to look in2 the computer for our appointment only to ask us if anyone had called us back to tell us they were unable to find a second massage therapist. i never received a phone call from them so I just turned around and left. they definitely have very POOR customer service and girls seems careless.

I took my boyfriend here as a surprise for his birthday. He had been mentioning that he wanted a massage for awhile so I went to Unilocal for recommendations as I was taking him to Palm Springs for a getaway. I was excited to partake in a couples massage but we both left slightly disappointed.
We arrived and everything seemed quite nice at first. Very nice and clean facilities. The massage commenced and I do kick myself for not mentioning it first, but it was very cold in the massage area. Halfway through, the massage therapist working on my boyfriend finally asked how the temp was, noticing that my boyfriend was tensing up and shivering anticipating her touch. I was trying to enjoy my massage and at this point I was face down and didn’t want to interrupt the vibe.
Towards the latter portion of the massage, one of the massage therapists phones went off. To me, the ringing of the phone was very disruptive and extremely unprofessional. Both massage therapists stopped in their tracks and scrambled to get the phone to stop ringing since it interrupted the music they had playing.
I noticed that the massage therapist working on my boyfriend asked him how the pressure was, but mine never asked me. Slightly annoyed… But I tried to get over it.
Not only that, but I did notice that there was some giggling taking place. Which I later found out had to do with my boyfriend twitching at the massage therapist’s touch. Again, the giggling seemed unprofessional to me. I was half naked and as I was trying to relax, it did irritate me and made it difficult to enjoy myself.
All in all, I think my boyfriend and I both expected more. I mentioned when I made the reservation that the couples massage was a gift for my boyfriends birthday. No one was aware and upon making the appointment, they asked for my credit card information. I figured that they would’ve had my information on file to take the payment. It was a gift and I didn’t want my boyfriend to know how much I had spent on the massage. It was embarrassing that the lady checking us out verbalized the total rather than simply asking me if she wanted to charge the card on file. Perhaps it was my fault that I didn’t make it clear when I made the appointment (I’m not sure how I could’ve made it more clear), but it wasn’t how I anticipated the payout going. Either way, she implied that they didn’t have my full credit card information and just took it when making the appointment — still needing the card to payout.
Perhaps I should’ve spent more money to go to a full out spa… But oh well.

Stumbled onto this place almost by mistake. Tranquil, affordable, highly recommended.

Great place for a mani/​pedi! Very clean! The atmosphere is quiet and private like a spa. I was looking for a place that would do a thorough job because I finally convinced my husband to get a pedicure. He obliged because it was my birthday but I knew he would feel more comfortable if it was quiet and private. I was happy when I walkws in and saw that it was. They took very good care of him and he LOVED it! I almost fell asleep during the foot massage. They really spent a long time on each step so it was definitely worth paying a little more than you would at the cheap places. It still was cheaper though than a lot of the other spas in PS that I looked at.
Now I just wish they were in Santa Monica so I could go to them all the time.

I had a great time here. Called in an hour before and set up an appointment for after lunch. Got my eyebrows waxed and my hair cut. Salon was clean and staff friendly. I was offered coffee, tea, and water as soon as I arrived. Both the stylus and waxing technician spent a lot of time on me and I never felt rushed. The waxing technician was really sweet and wanted to get brow perfection for me. It shows!

I decided to get a last minute couples massage here. I was able to book for the next day with no hassle. I’ve never been to a spa/​salon before so I can’t compare it to anything else. What I can say is that the place was very clean and we were greeted by warm and friendly staff and offered a beverage while we waited. Our wait wasn’t long, plus we arrived 30 minutes early.
We were taken to their massage area upstairs. The room was quaint, clean, and smelled great. Heather was my therapist. She worked wonders on my back and found that I had some damage in my shoulder that must have been associated with my car accident a year ago. The experience was calm and peaceful and the price reasonable. Next time I visit I will be back.

Christina was horrible horrible horrible!!! They claim to use high quality wax so you don’t wrinkle… not for your bikini area though. AND the employees pay for the wax they use then pass the charge on to you. WHAT!!!
A 3 Hour NIGHTMARE!

It’s taken me almost a year to review Revive. Shame on me. But I have good reason. I’m so rarely a «girl.» Like the kind of «girl» that totally melts down and cries at a salon. But, on my wedding day I was totally that girl.
Yep — I had a horrible, horrible, threading job somewhere else the week before, and that combined with picking, way too much benzoyl peroxide, tanning, too much alcohol, not enough water, dry desert air, and lots of stress did a number on my skin. And there I sat in the makeup chair having a complete and total meltdown.
I feel like such a jerk now, I can’t remember the makeup artist’s name, but — holy shit! She was amazing! Like, magically amazing. She made the deep creases around my eyes all but disappear, and assured me that all the crying was making my eyes look even better. She rocked my socks. On the real.
The hair was even better. I admit, I was a bit afraid to get my hair done in Palm Springs. While a lot of PS is pretty hip these days, a lot of it is stuck in the 80s. But I showed her a pic, and specified «no curling irons,» and she rocked it too.
Highly recommended for Palm Springs weddings… and for that occasional estrogen-​filled meltdown.
