This place is horrible. i had a problem with my ignition and was told that it might be the ignition lock cylinder by the auto parts store. So I bought it to have installed. Then someone told me it might be something else. I brought my car here to have them look at it and see what the problem was. The mechanic looked at it and diagnosed that it was instead the ignition switch. So I went and returned ignition lock cylinder and brought back an ignition switch and had them install it. A day later I am having the same problem again. So I called and was told to bring in the car the next day. When I brought it in the mechanic looked at it but wasn’t sure what the problem was. He moved 2 fuses around and the car started. Told me to see if this would solve the problem. I went and talked to the owner and said that I felt that I had just had a part installed for no good reason. He got all upset. He did offered to take the part out and put in the old one so I could return it. He still is charging me for the labor of $ 120 for something they mis diagnosed. I took the car to Ford Palm Springs Motors and they installed the correct part. Turns out it was the ignition lock cylinder after all. This place should admit they made a mistake and offer a full refund for the ignition part and labor.
They also replaced my automatic transmission fluid and that was fine.

If you have car trouble – or just to check something out – this is the place to go. Honest, efficient and friendly, it’s the way you wish every business would treat you. You always have the feeling that you’re getting the best service at the best price from Darren, Ralph and the rest of the employees. I’ve been a customer for years, and they’ve never let me down.

We just bought a nicely used truck, had taken it to a few mechanics for inspection but the few things needed we were getting high quotes. We happened to go to this shop on accident and soo glad we did. These guys here not only gave us the best prices and warranty, but also the extra effort and proffessionalism you just dont get anymore.
Great to see a shop that still has old school values and mechanics we can trust.

Took my car in to get the struts replaced and the guys here did an amazing job! My repairs were completed on time, the estimate was right on and Ralph and Darren were great to work with.

Honest, straightforward, communicate clearly and they do not attempt to «oversell» repairs. Darren and Ralph at the front desk have always treated me with courtesy and their pricing is on a par or lower than competitors. Whether they are selling me tires or repairs I feel comfortable. You can not do better in Palm Springs, I tried, before I gave up 8 years ago.

I have been taking my Prius here since I purchased it a couple years ago. Ralph and Darren are great! I like how honest they are and the fact they never push any services that are not needed on you.
