I love this place! The food is on point and the atmosphere and cleanliness are outstanding! Their prices are extremely fair. So why the three stars? The service. From the moment you walk in you are treated like they’re doing you a favor to allow you into their restaurant. The hostess staff displays arrogance that is not understandable. I mean why would they have an arrogant attitude? First of all they are getting paid to smile at customers and make them feel warm and welcome. That is their job. It is not to be arrogant and snotty. Someone needs to give them an attitude adjustment. Although I have not eaten at a table there, I have eaten at the bar multiple times. I like the vibe and so does my wife. The bar is relatively small and there are two bartenders and bar back. Yet we were ignored and had to fight to get their attention for everything. They were not very welcoming nor friendly. Overall, if you want great food at a great price in a cool environment and feel that you need a dose of disrespect to support your low self-confidence, this is the place for you

Thank God this place was open for a late night bite. A club feel, the place does have a bar. The lighting is dark. The service was very nice. Our server was friendly and attentive and just overall nice. I ordered the Kobe beef burger and it was juicy. The portions are good with the prices. It was loud with the music playing but it’s bearable. We did ask for ranch and it took a second try but overall it was nice. The parking can be found at the lot or on the street.

1. We were seated and we ordered. 15 minutes later we saw that other tables had a happy hour menu. We asked if we could see those memos and we were told that our area was not offered happy hour deals. –1. 2. 35 minutes later we got our food. –1. 2. My husband ordered the Santa fe pannini. It was delicious!!! +1 3. I ordered the the Asian lettuce wraps. It was suppose to come with chicken, mushroom, water chestnuts, and green onion(look at the picture below, it did not). –1 4. I made a wrap, the chicken was DRYDRYDRY. And the rice Crispy noodles were dry and very hard(mixed, some were ok). I had to spit out my food because it hurt my teeth. –10! I left without eating.

As a first time customer at Lulu’s, I have to say that the restaurant was absolutely beautiful from the classic Hollywood wall art to the furniture décor. They have a 3 course entrée special for $ 19.99 and depending on what you get, there might be an extra charge. I didn’t mind though because it saved me a lot of money rather than buying an entrée for about $ 25. You get an appetizer, an entrée, and a fancy dessert! What a deal! If you do this deal, just make sure you come with an appetite cause it does fill you up. A major plus was that service was amazing! Our server brought our food to us in a timely manner from the appetizer to the dessert. He also made some great recommendations, which we tried and left us feeling satisfied. He constantly kept checking up on us and as a fellow restaurant server, this was very much appreciated. I’ll definitely be back here for more the next time I come back to Palm Springs!

LOVE Lulu’s!!! My friend’s surprised me with a birthday brunch and we had endless mimosa’s, a dozen oysters to share & I had the«South of the Border» omelette. So yummy and fresh! The ambiance is super hip — it’s a big, wide open restaurant with soooo much to choose from on the menu, it’s difficult settling on one thing! So, that’s why you go with a group and SHARE! ;)

The restaurant is modern and with a central horseshoe shaped bar for those who just fancy a drink. There is an Al Fresco dining section with constant misting but we opted for indoors, on a hot Palm Springs day air conditioning is a bonus, particularly when craving pizza. Tyler was our server and what a skilled, professional waitperson he was. Now onto the food… I started with the iceberg wedge salad, an American salad that I’m growing to adore. The lettuce was fresh, crisp and the dressing was bacon and blue cheese. fresh and certainly not a pre add dressing. My partner had the tomato bisque and was more than delighted with depth of flavour and consistency. We both went onto pepperoni pizza, partner had the GF base and I had the wood fired base. Both were terrific the bases were thin, the cheese tasty and the pepperoni perfect. We had 2 glasses of a cracking riesling and one corona and the total cost with tip was 90US. Great value, great service, the more enjoyable. The restaurant is modern and with a central horseshoe shaped bar for those who just fancy a drink. Great and fast service! Our server Lupe and Brett was nice, attentive and served us well! Good food and nice environment. We will definitely pay another visit when in town! We had the grilled pork chop and shrimp linguine. Delicious! The kids menu was a nice portion. My son thought he ordered from the regular menu and he raved about how delicious his cheese burger was. The place was busy. However, they had ample staff to ensure we didn’t wait too long for out food. They were the only restaurant we called that was opened til 10 on Father’s Day! Thank you for being open and serving us!

We had the caramel apple martini which I give a 4⁄5 but the apple martini was a 5 We had great service, I had the mushroom soup it was amazing full of flavor. Then I had the filet mignon cooked perfect medium rare. For dessert we had the flourless chocolate cake which I have dreams about. Will be back soon.

I thought Lulu’s was terrible. Our server was so weird. He was a lot older, forgetful, uncomfortable, and made jokes that I just did not like. The inside décor is all right — colorful retroy with lots of white. Not my style. The food was just awful though. Maybe I’m spoiled by eating incredible food in Los Angeles, but it was just so cheap here. It was all just heated up, thrown together, not classy, whatever. Started with the tuna and avocado tower. It was okay. I expected raw cubes of fine tuna but it was some weird tuna mash. And I just KNOW that seaweed salad that came with it was just from a plastic container. Had the brunch prix fixe menu with caesar salad, chicken piccata, and cappuccino ice cream. Let me tell you. The caesar salad came in lettuce stalks and we had to CUTITUPOURSELVES. It had one sad cherry tomato HALF and one small piece of toast, with dressing drizzled«artistically» on top. Trying to be chic? No. Stupid. The chicken piccata was terrible. I couldn’t even eat it. By the time our weird server placed it in front of me, there was this gross film that coated both the chicken and the pasta. Fresh? Riiight. The sauce on the pasta and chicken were both so incredibly mediocre and bland I couldn’t believe Lulu’s is still a restaurant and that people still eat here. I barely ate half and couldn’t force myself to eat any more of this. Listen to the poor reviews on Unilocal for Lulu’s that say the food is bland. Yes, I can confirm. It’s probably delicious if you don’t have much of a palate however. The cappuccino ice cream was fine. How could you go wrong with a scoop of ice cream? We also ordered their cotton candy which was fine as well. Again, can’t really go wrong with cotton candy either. All in all, this place is really large and popular. But this food is just so mediocre! If only anything tasted good. And if only they had better servers.

I eat here pretty often and my kids love this place but I see food becoming of a lot less quality each time I visit. Love the place and ambiance but that’s about it. They really need to get back on track with their food or they are going to start losing business.

Easy place to grab a meal here if you’re in the area of Palm Springs and hungry. The food is not outstanding, but good enough. The décor is cute… Bright and white and looks refreshing. They have a big dining room, bar area, patio with misters and second floor with additional seating. The menu is big, with something for everyone. I had a delicious beet salad with arugula, goat cheese, pine nuts and garbanzo beans. It was a lot of arugula and I think needed more of the other stuff, but still really tasty. My mom had the eggplant parmesean. It was good but doesn’t come with any side so it’s basically just eggplant. The desserts seemed pricey so we skipped it. Ben and Jerry’s down the street. Walking distance.

Wow this place is vibrant and busy! Great design, super nice open restaurant. Good people watching and a nice vibe. The service was fine enough. They have a very large staff and they are overall pretty attentive and well trained. Here is my pullback… when we sat down and looked at the menu… it is like a lightly edited version of War and Peace. It is ENORMOUS!!! This leads to what I have always found as a problem — quality. We ordered our food and found it to be average… just average. My theory is that restaurants with enormous menus are unable to turn out quality food because there is too much variety. This place proves the point. Good to fill your stomach, the drinks were alright, the ambiance is lively with good people watching!

The restaurant’s atmosphere reminds me of «The Jetsons» without Rosie though who would probably have served us our dinner plates and covered our laps with napkins… This place was a fun, chic and vibrant establishment. i would recommend putting in a reservation if you would like to beat the rush especially on busy weekends. The service and food selection was great. Seemed to be a hotspot for bachelorette parties and Party people alike. However, it was a great place for families too :-)

This place always leaves me wondering. Its not bad, but its far from great. Been here so many times and am always feeling like its missing something from the service, to the quality of the food, to the drinks. Something is always off. Its always busy, parking can be hard to find, especially on a busy night, but is a good value if you sit in the bar area. I have always wondered if sitting in the dining area and paying more for the food would bring a different experience? One of these days I’ll give it a shot.

Lulu has become a staple for me when I visit Palm Springs. I have visited 4 times in the last year, and have not been disappointed once. It caught my eye while I was on a downtown stroll, and the outside seating area looked very inviting, so I decided to give it a try. The waitstaff there is as friendly as can be. Regardless of who I have gotten to serve me, it has been good service all around every time. It’s a plus that they are very personable, and have taken the time to get to know me. Last time I was in town, my waiter recognized me, which was nice. The food and coffee are delicious, plain and simple. The eggs are always cooked exactly how I like them, which not everyone gets right all the time. I often prefer to go without potatoes in my breakfast, and they always sub a fruit cup for me, and the fruit cup has a VERY nice variety, which is something Texas doesn’t know anything about. I know it’s a small thing to hone in on, but when your fruit cups mostly consist of honeydew melon, cantaloupe, and red grapes all the time, it gets BORING. I definitely plan on stopping in every time I am in Palm Springs. Love this place!

I really liked this place! I walked by and thought how pretty it looks. I ended up coming here later on in the night. The ceviche is the best thing on the late night menu. Do not hesitate. Order it. It is so fresh and flavorful. It is a big portion so it fills you up as a full meal. It comes with chips too. It is a wonderfully refreshing dish for the heat of Palm Springs. A good option for a casual dinner. Great ambience, nice service, and delicious food.

The restro is huge! There a big upstairs for big parties. My friends had their rehearsal dinner here and they reserved 1⁄3 of the upstairs. We had a set menu and drinks. I only drank wine and it was decent. The service was a bit slow on food orders but really good on drink orders. They handled a party of 30 really well. Food: I got the salmon with veggies and some rice. Salmon was really good, cooked right, not dry and had a fair amount of flavor. I didn’t need to dip in butter or additional salt and pepper. The berry cream dessert was nice and light. A good amount of fruit in a martini glass with some cream at the bottom. Overall a good dining experience for a big party.

Was will man mehr.
