The shop looks like an old head shop not a fine cigar store. The humidor must not be properly maintained because a lot of cigars had worm holes in it. There must be a better store to buy good cigars in Palm Springs.

Doesn’t look good from the outside but since I was in the area waiting on an appointment for a haircut I thought I would give it a shot. Once inside, the small group of older gentlemen looked me over and kept chatting. The owner got up immediately to help me out which was great. Very nice guy with good suggestions, but only had a pretty small selection of sticks.
First thing I noticed about the walk-​in was that it seemed warm (hard not to be warm in Palm Springs). Then I noticed the bad stuff. Cigars that didn’t come in cellophane were showing signs of beetles. Only way to really stop that is to keep temps down and separate at once. Still, found a couple sticks there didn’t have any outward signs AND were still wrapped up. Prices seemed a little high but nothing outrageous.
Overall I liked the shop, the atmosphere, and the owner, but the selection and the beetle problem need to be addressed before I go back.
