Had office photos last minute, wanted to make sure I looked presentable and needed a hair cut. Called all around the area and to no shock the customer service was a joke. Called up salon Bella vita, they empathized with my situation and got me in to see Danielle the same night. Needless to say the hair cut looks great as did the photos today as well.

I just had my hair colored (ombré) by Holly and she did a fantastic job! Also had my nails done by Amanda and she did great! This place is wonderful. The salon is clean and trendy. The staff is courteous and friendly. I highly recommend!

Spa prices, NOT spa experience. So disappointed in the services that my daughter and I received at this salon. We are new to Palm Harbor and booked appointments at La Bella Vita mostly due to great recommendations on Unilocal.Be warned-​there is nothing «spa» like about the service. When I scheduled appointments, I specifically asked for higher level stylists. I said although my daughter is 11, we both have long thick hair, so we will need extra time-​I am happy to pay! My daughter started on time, but the stylist had to stop half way through, sat her at the front window with her hair half done, helped another client, and then finished her hair. Her hair did look nice when she was done-​but really embarressed…$ 80. My experience-​30 minute wait to start, get color glaze, wait 30 minutes, wait 30 more because stylist is doing another client, get a 5 minute cut. I am tired of sitting and the next client is there, so I tell her don’t worry about styling it. My daughter and I are both tired of sitting so I will leave with it wet-​$ 120. So much for a day out with my girl! After styling my hair at home, the color is streaky-​NOT shiny at all!

Very nice place with very nice staff! The stylist was friendly, very accommodating and cut hair just as requested.

I’ve gotten my hair done by Tanya Mckee here a few times. She is absolutely phenomenal!!! I don’t trust anyone else with my hair!!! My hair is very thin and delicate, and she is able to bleach it platinum blonde with no issues. She is extremely knowledgeable, especially with color. We have done a few crazy colors in my hair without over processing. Even when I come in having no idea what I want, she comes up with amazing results! I have brought many friends to her over the years and she makes them all feel very comfortable. She is super friendly. I highly recommend her!!!

My experience with LaBella Vita was not a great one. Wrong color, over processed, but nice people.

I was in dire need of a hair color and cut. Having just moved to the Tampa area from AZ I had no idea where to go. You know that feeling when you have to get your hair done for a work event, and have two days to do it and no idea where to begin? Well that was me yesterday.
I quickly jumped onto Unilocal to help filter out salons. By some magical force I was able to get in on Saturday, with Britany for a color, highlight and cut. I have to say I still was pretty nervous but figured worse case scenario I could always buy a box of color at CVS and dye it myself if it was horrible.
Well all I can say is Britany is AMAZING! In fact my hair color looks better than where I had been going for years. She is a true artist with hair color. She also is good with red hair colors, which can be the hardest to dye. Also once she had my color/​highlights done, she didn’t set me under a dryer to speed up the time. So my hair wasn’t damaged as it usually is under heat.
I have curly hair and have had some hair cuts that have ruined my hair. I usually go to a DEVA curly cut salon, so I was nervous. But Britany did a fantastic job.
I even got my eyebrows waxed and they looked good.
Thank you Britany for hooking me up!!! I have found my new stylist in Florida!

Beautiful salon and friendly staff! I stopped in on a whim for a blowout– the stylist did great job. She was gentle, attentive, and made me feel like a valued customer.
My friend stopped in for an eyebrow wax at the same time and also had a great experience.
As new customers, they even gave us goodie bags

Today was my first visit to this salon. I had passed it several times and then was referred by a friend so thought I would make an appointment and try it out. The receptionist was friendly and professional she answered my questions and put me with a hair dresser that would best fit my needs.
The salon itself it impeccable. Very nice décor, also very clean. I was welcomed by the owner who introduced herself, offered me a drink, gave me a brief tour of the facility and showed me to the changing area to dress in a garment to protect my clothes from the hair color. The restroom /​changing room is a little crazy with all striped walls And everything in black a white it reminded me a little of a circus tent yet hip and fun.
I was promptly greeted by my hair dresser Mya, she took me back to her chair and we spoke at length about my hair. We decided on cutting only a little since I am growing out a not so great cut. She then showed several small color swatches to be sure we were on the same page for my hair color. I must say I was impressed by the time she took and also the fact she was listening to what I really wanted (a skill not every beautician has learned).
I was at the salon approximately 2 hours from start to finish. The salon offers a plethora of different services hair, nails, pedicures, waxing and skin care. I look forward to trying some of which on my next visit .The whole staff was attentive and I felt they actually cared about me as a customer. My hair cut is exactly what I wanted and the color is just lovely and shiny. I already received a compliment and only had it done this afternoon. The price was not overly costly however, not cheap. I think it was worth every penny as I would highly recommend going to this salon for top notch service from start to finish.

I wish I could give this salon NO STARS! I was in the look out for a new salon, near my house and I happened to read good reviews on Unilocal,called made an appt and was satisfied. Nothing great, expensive. I had a small trim, full highlights and a toner-​$ 200.00. I was satisfied so I called with 6 weeks to schedule a partial highlight with the same stylist… she was no longer at the salon and it was weird because a month ago she advised me she was new! I was advised by the owner I would receive a 20% discount if I re-​booked with a different stylist. I agreed and went to my appt. I was greeted by a grumpy stylist that slapped highlights on my head, left me in the chair advising me while I am processing she was going to get her hair done??? I have never encountered this before so I didn’t react at the time but I was not happy. She finally came back to check on my hair and apologized to me for HER hair not being perfect. I did tell her I am not really concerned with her hair so it was no problem. The real problem was my hair. After she washed it it was flaming orange. Once it was dried it was a little better so I left the salon, another $ 150.00 charged (with a so called discount). Once I got home I realized how orange my hair was, called the owner told her about the issues, she told me she has never had a complaint about Brittany… maybe because Brittany has only worked there for a week! I told her I needed to come in and have my hair fixed and she offered to have someone fix it but I would have to wait 5 days. Really? When I called to make the appointment she can get me in the next day but to fix the mistake it will take 5 days! No thank you salon owner. I went to Aveda in Oldsmar and had them redo the highlights. If you are considering this salon consider this, the owner cannot keep good stylists and therefore you are paying high-​end prices for Fantastic Sam’s level stylists. This experience ended up costing me $ 400.00 but at least I found a good salon with TALENTED stylists.

First trip to salon for hair color. As stated salon is beautiful, nice atmosphere,
staff very attentive. Hair color was average. My stylist used Moroccan Oil on my hair which gave it a shine. Upon check out, my stylist brought over the Moroccan Oil to the counter to recommend purchasing. Upon returning home my face and eyes were red and itching. I immediately called the salon and asked if I could return the unopened products. It was within one hour of me leaving salon, I clearly did not use product, yet no return allowed, exchange only. I went in to find the few products they had I was not fond of. I asked again for a return. In the corner shelf where the products were, there was a sign stating no returns. 1. I was never by the products… the product was brought to me at the check out counter. There isn’t a sign at the counter stating that, nor did the stylist or receptionist state that. How would I know?
stylist also said she was going to do root coverage and gloss at the ends of my hair. Would of been nice to know the «gloss» was 25.oo. Had I have been told ahead of time I would of declined.

I stumbled across this salon via Unilocal after a disastrous hair mishap with another stylist. I needed a color correct, so I called and they got me in that day. Inessa was my stylist and she was a lifesaver! I thought my hair was done for, but I walked out looking better than ever. The entire staff was friendly, the salon itself is gorgeous, and uses great products. Definitely making this my regular salon.

This was my first trip to La Bella Vita Salon, I stopped by on a whim because of there sign out on HWY 19. I had never had a blowout before and was feeling particularly lackadaisical about doing my own hair.
The interior is decorated beautifully! Very Parisian, very black and white with elaborate wallpaper and detail oriented accents. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Myah is unbelievable! Even though all I did was a wash, dry and style she was exceptional to work with. She offered suggestions and I went with it, the end result was incredible! I have no doubt I will be back to work with her again.
They offer a hodgepodge of services from cut, color, waxing, nail services, and spa packages. Their prices are more than fair and the stylists offer a consultation with price quote. They even have a rewards and loyalty program.
Looking forward to my next visit with Myah
