Went there on a Saturday afternoon. Pretty busy, but not ready for prime time. Customer ahead of me got no ice for his soda because server said, «we are low on ice today.» Must be low on tomatoes and croutons too. I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad and other stuff TOGO. When my order was ready I had to ask everything from the tray be put in a bag so I could take it home. The salad is advertised as having, «…a wonderful medley of romaine lettuce, juicy tomatoes, home-style Parmesan croutons, and shaved Parmesan cheese.» Yeah, sure. No tomatoes and no croutons. The chicken pieces looked like they cleaned the grill with them. I’m afraid to look at my Jr. Whoopers now. I think I’ll just leave them in the fridge and hope the wife eats them.

I was a little disappointed with this location employees are rude and I usually don’t encounter that in fast food down here. I’ve been to this location several times and 99 percent of the time the french fries are cold and their burgers are cold. They need improvement. It’s a stretch giving them 2 stars.

I only give them one star because i can’t give them zero. There was a bug in my salad from here and I found it after I ate about half of my salad. the worst experience ever. Disgusting and dirty.

Very unhappy with this visit. Sometimes I don’t get out of work until 1:30am or 2:00am and need somewhere to grab a quick bite of food if work was busy. Since this happens a weekend or two every month, I’m used to fast food places(not just burger king) taking a little longer during these late night visits since they don’t have a full staff and aren’t doing quite as much business as during the day. On this occasion, my husband and I decided to go by Burger King since they were offering the buy a whopper and get a second for only 55 cents for Burger Kings birthday/anniversary. From what I understand, this was a three day promotion, and we went on the evening of the second day/morning of the third day around 1:45am. When we pulled up, there was one car at the window and one behind him/her and then one at the speaker to order and one waiting behind him/her. We are used to this situation for a late night stop, but did not expect what we experienced. We had the window down the whole time, thinking we would be ordering soon, and were disappointed to hear when we pulled up that the first car at the speaker was silent and had not yet placed an order. We waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes before we decided to leave when the car at the speaker still had not said a since word to the workers. I am not sure what was going on inside but we finally left after the car in front of us(who obviously had been waiting even longer than we had) put their reverse lights on, in an effort to get the message to us that they wanted to leave, and we figured it would be a good idea as well. When we drove by the side of the building to leave, the same two cars were still at the window and the first car at the speaker hadn’t even placed an order. I have never worked in fast food, but my job sells fried food(not at the quantity of Burger King, but many orders on a busy weekend day). We don’t have a single item that takes more than 4 minutes to cook, and that’s ALL of our hot food items — not just those that are cooked in the fryer. I can’t imagine burger king has anything that takes 15 minutes to cook. And you would think with the whopper promotion they had going on, they may have had a few extra whoppers ready to go for anyone who had the same idea we did. I am used to Burger Kings slow service late at night, but really wanted to go for the whopper promotion and also because they are one of very few restaurants that offers Diet Dr. Pepper(my favorite fountain soda). I was very unhappy with this experience and could not believe the situation that went on.
