I love this little place hidden in the desert next to Albertson’s grocery store. It is a wonderful place to just sit and relax or do your homework or just to enjoy their wonderful coffee and hot sandwiches. It is a favorite meeting place for many, and all the customers are so friendly. Their cashiers are very friendly, and the barristers are so quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable staff,.and their work area is always kept so clean. I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now and I love it! Great service, very clean, and I love how they memorize My name and sometimes what I like to order. And it’s convenient to me since it’s close to my job, so on my break I can easily come here ;). Oh and very cute barista.

Nice location, easy access, never had a problem with staff or the service and I’m a local, however, between myself and a couple of my coffee buddies when deciding which location to go to the question is, do we take a chance on the Deep Canyon store or just meet at the El Paseo Starbucks where we always get a delicious well made drink!

Everyone at this damn Starbucks has a horrible attitude. If you hate your job or can’t handle waking up early then go somewhere else. Don’t take out your tiredness or issues on me! They do not serve customer service, only smart remarks and distasteful humor. Drinks are made fine though!

It has been a while since I’ve been to this Starbucks, but the last few times I was there, it wasn’t good.
First off, can’t tell you how many times they’ve given me the wrong order because I’ve lost count. Even if they did give me the right order, it was usually made incorrectly.
The worst part? No apologies, ever.
One star for convenient location, one star for good selection of sandwiches and pastries.

Coffee was ok, for a medium blend. Being a dark roast drinker, I was a bit disappointed in the number of selections as it was limited and a normal dark roast wasn’t available.
The fixings table was not monitored or stocked regularly. The ½ & ½ cream container was empty and the table itself could’ve used a wipe.

This Starbucks opens at 4:30 a.m. on every day, except Sunday it opens at 5:00 a.m. This is perfect for me in the early mornings as I can stop here on my way to work.
Usually busy, the line moves very quickly and the wait for my order is pretty quick, much quicker than I’ve had at other Starbucks.
The coffee here is like any other Starbucks, strong, so it is not a daily thing for me, probably more of a treat or a huge wake-​up jolt.
Very clean and neat. The staff here is very friendly with a smile and the parking is convenient.

I really love Starbucks and am willing to go out of my way in the mornings to grab a cup. However, this location is always so packed in the mornings and is never worth the wait. Nothing more frustrating than standing in line for 15 minutes to be told they are out of Pike or once up get your coffee to realize they are out if half and half and are too busy to refill it. I haven’t figured out if it’s poor staffing or if the location is just oddly busy. I avoid this location when I can help it.

Gave this location another chance. Got my order wrong twice and the barista got up sat like it was my fault. I ordered a green tea lemonade sweetened lite ice. I got a green tea and the second time green yea lemonade w heavy ice. I’m used to friendly polite customer service at most Starbucks.
I will continue to avoid this Starbucks!

Worst service ever and I went in a second time thinking I would have a different experience. Maybe they are still ironing out problems from their grand re-​opening. There are 3 more Starbucks close by, do yourself a favor and go to one of those instead.

My experience here was just «meh».
Don’t get me wrong, the employees are super friendly — but the turnover rate & the quality of drinks is just average. I love the option for indoor & outdoor seating, however I’m not a local so I don’t feel like drinking hot coffee, in blistering hot weather.
Iced coffee — definitely should have more coffee than ice (this is a hint ALL Starbucks should take into account.) This location is super convenient if you’re staying in the area off Highway 111.

In this case, Starbucks saved my bacon, the hotel we stayed at made horrible coffee, so I ran out for coffee for the GF in the bed in the morning. Thank you Starbucks you made my morning so much better.
