Starbucks

I come almost ever day during the week to get coffee for my people at work and I usually have a very big drink order and they always get it right. I just love the staff they’re so nice they know me by name and everything!

(ALEXIS) Just walked into Starbucks this morning and was looked at and talked down to like F@&king garbage.
ALEXIS at this Starbucks location is beyond rude, beyond poor customer service, beyond unhappy because she does not like her choice of employment. ALEXIS is straight up malicious in her behavior and looks at you and talks down to you like your subhuman. I felt like I didn’t belong and I was doing something wrong asking to purchase coffee. Being a Minority, I didn’t appreciate feeling that way and have dealt with bullshit like this in the past. But safe to say she was pretty vile to other people of non color to. So way to go ALEXIS… Way to make sure your above pouring coffee for a living and guest who just want their morning cup to get on with their day…
All of this for a $ 2 and 25cent cup of coffee.
I had to deal with someone like her…

Amy, try to develop better people skills. Instead of slamming my drink on the counter then walking away. Maybe call the name that is written on the cup and perhaps smile. I’m a daily Starbucks customer and I have NEVER encountered such a rude employee.

I loved that this starbucks is not as packed as the other one down paseo near the apple store. This may be due to the fact that seating inside is very limited??? They have 6 tiny 2 seater tables and 2 sofa chairs situated along the walls. I guess you don’t have to worry about feeling claustrophobic while ordering your drink/​food…
Although, they have limited seating inside, there are a decent number of tables and seats outside on their patio that is overall well shaded. I love relaxing on their sofa seats while studying. If you need A/​C, they keep it cool indoors without turning the coffee shop into a freezer like some starbucks I know.
I was really sad when making my order because they don’t make the peach green tea lemonade here? It’s marked off their menu and the barista said it wasn’t an option here. WHAT!!!
ok… then, I would like to order your mango black tea please. SORRY, we are out of the mango syrup. NOOOO!!!
Fine… may I have an iced black tea please? SURE.
Oh thank god. Lol. Oh well. Perhaps it’s one of those days.

I’m not real big on Starbucks but their signature drinks are always consistent and taste great. There’s a nice terrace outside with patio tables and umbrellas. Great place to sit outside and enjoy a coffee while people watching on El Paseo

While this place is as typical or as good as any regular Starbucks, the manager needs to be more diligent with training on cleanliness.
Super dusty light fixtures above the pick up counter.
Dusty merchandise shelves.
Dusty merchandise.
Trash can needs a good wipe down.
Window ledges are dirty.
More, but don’t feel like typing it all.
Clean is more than taking out the trash and wiping the tables.

I always visit this Starbucks & why is Alexis always so rude? If you don’t like your job, get a different one.

Just an update to my review they didn’t have 2 items for 2 different orders… this Starbucks is slipping.

I don’t frequent this Starbucks, but when I do I sit out on their lovely terrace. They have misters and lots of tables. Quaint little area to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and catch up with friends or read a book.

I don’t frequent this location but I’m still here maybe 2 times a month when I’m in the area, everytime I’m a little let down by the rude and impersonal staff that seem bothered to take your order. However you see «regulars» come in and et a very, very different experience. Disappointing. However, same great coffee that Starbucks is known for, probably the only reason I still stop in and they have a fairly large covered patio that is enjoyable.

I am not the biggest Starbucks coffee fan but I admite that I drink it most days. It is convenient and consistent.
This particular location is usually busy, yet the service is always friendly, fast and they rarely mess up my order (which is ice coffee with room, no sweetener).

I don’t usually go to Starbucks, but I was out of creamer this morning (at 4:30am) and there was no way I was going without my coffee! So, after recently realizing that there actually are places that are open (other than AM/​PM) at 5am, I stopped by this location.
For as long as I’ve been getting up early in the morning, you would think I’m a morning person, but alas, I am not. Thankfully the guys that served me my coffee were really nice and actually seemed happy to be there. I’m normally not even pleasant before I’ve had my coffee, but I left with a smile on my face before I could even have my first sip.
Next time I’m out of creamer, I know where I’ll be going!
